If you go here, tell them to put more people on checkouts and cut with the self checkout nonsense. Also beware sometimes they make the garden entrance an exit only so if all you want during garden season is something in garden area, you have to walk half the store to get there. Very annoying! Also the prices for some plants have been increased more than 50%.

I've been shopping at Fishkill HD for years and have always found it to be entirely sufficient for my needs. It can get hectic at times but overall I think the staff is reasonably knowledgeable about the store/products (you learn who to talk to after a while) and the space is well laid out. Compared to other local stores, Fishkill is usually cleaner/calmer. I only have small gripes like the sheet goods aisle hardly ever has product tags/price tags for anything which makes material planning/shopping difficult or that only XL work gloves ever go on sale. Overall I've come to know the store and some of its long-time staff pretty well and I think that's pretty cool.

This store is clean and the isles are not crowded with boxes. The employees are friendly always willing to help. Wish the garden center was open to receive customers as I'm a senior with medical problems and walking from the now entrance to the garden department takes a toll on me. After purchasing mulch, in front of the entrance, I then had to go to the self serve to check out. I did not have the energy to stand in line again, walk down to the garden department and then check out there. Therefore, I forego going to the garden dept.

Clean, professional, courteous employees.

We are in the process of doing a bathroom renovation. From sub flooring, tile flooring, dyi shower door enclosures, toilet upgrades, new vanity and lighting, the employees in each section have been extremely helpful! Happy to give an great review! Can't forget the Customer Service help was great, both online and in the Fishkill Store.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The store is friendly, well run, and the employees are very helpful.

Great customer service. I checked the website for a special powered tool the night before and before going to the store. Said took was supposed to be at the Cortlandt store (2 to be exact). I get there amd that was not the case. I called the Fishkill store to ask if they would physically check the shelf for me. The employee checked the shelf called me back and told me he had brought the item to customer service so that I would be able to get out as quick as possible. I’m one happy customer!

This Home Depot is by far the best Home Depot in the area. You can go to so many other Home Depot’s and I promise you will not get the service there that you would in the Fishkill Home Depot. I thank everyone for always helping me whether it be management, Deb, Ismail, Brain, or Sue or it’s sales associates Christie, Lexi, Cait, RJ or Nicole! Thank you guys for making my Home Depot experience the best!

The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The restrooms have been nicely renovated. It is good to have a physical location near by. In an emergency, when you need "it", "it" is within a quick reach.

Today was the first time I had an amazing sales associate named Jeanine help me more then anyone ever has. She smiled and understood me. Her patience in standing with me while we figured out my big purchase was unlike any other. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was bothering anyone. Her attitude went a long way with me. Great shopping experience today especially me being a woman with no experience in power tools!!!!!

While I have shopped at the Fishkill Home Depot almost daily at times, the service I received in Mill Work when shopping for Andersen Windows was exceptional. Annie was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detail oriented. She was conscious of our budget and offered excellent advice. Home Depot is lucky to have an exceptional employee in the window and door department. If you need help, look for Annie!

Store Employees are typically very helpful. Especially Frankie who goes out of his way to help me find that odd piece that I know i need even if I don't know the proper name of it.

Excellent service starting with Bob @ the store entrance to Timothy who oversees Outdoor Grills. Terrific expertise, expressed sincere interest and engagement with assisting us to find just the right grill. And patient too boot. Bravo HD!

Up until today I shopped at the Poughkeepsie store but after today I will now shop at the FISHKILL store even though it is a longer ride. Jeanine, Peter and Eric you made my day. This store if vert clean, and has a very friendly staff. All the products are fully stocked and easy to reach.

WE CAME IN AT 8:40 PM...YOUR WONDERFUL EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF LOADING SHELVES, BUT HE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HELPED US.. HE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND KIND AND CONCERNED THAT ME & MY DAUGHTER FIND THE RIGHT COPPER PIPING THAT WE NEEDED TO REPLACE OUR TUB SPOUT !!! I'M SO SORRY I DID NOT GET HIS NAME :(
