We purchased a Melnor sprinkler online , upon returning home(a hour away) we realized it was not the sprinkler we ordered but a different brand. Called the store to try and get it rectified. Was told they’d make it right and ship the correct product, fast forward 2 weeks still no sprinkler. Called again Tammy said she’d get it straightened out. We received ithe delivery today and this is what I received. Upon calling back Tammy called again what a terrible experience. She argued that she sent the product ordered and told us how she followed through with finding out the problem rather than finding out the problem. She seemed more interested in being right getting us the correct product. I’m extremely dissatisfied with her and this store.

Already spent my time taking care of this and DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MORE TIME AND GAS TO GO TO THE STORE TO HAVE YOU STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT, NOR DO I WANT TO SPEND MY TIME WRITING REVIEWS.

I hate going to hardware stores because there are so many choices. Sam, an employee, helped me navigate plumbing so that I could build a solar fountain.

Just a thought on free installation. It is free IF you purchase the stainless braided hoses and the venting apparatus for the dryer from Home Depot. So, no free installation. I already had those items for the units I was replacing. They did put the new ones in place, but did not install/hook up the new ones. Free installation comes with conditions. :-) I understand they are protecting themselves from liability, but free installation appears it is not really free without purchasing additional products.

Its a fight to find someone to give you access to items for purchase.

My wife loved this store. I couldn’t get her out fast enough.

Here at my local Home Depot I love coming here for my needs on fixing stuff I just wish there was better customer support I walked around for an hour and still didn’t find help or the right product I was needing but I’m glad I did finally found it but could have saved about 45 mins of my day.

Three people, five days to get an item that was in stock. Typical corporate America run around. We'll see if it is even ready after I have pre-paid for an in-stock item that no one could find.

I had alot of materials I needed to purchase today. The electrical wire had to wait up front until checkout. But when I checked out, at the self checkouts, this little boy whom I will describe as incompetent, non-caring and lost, had to be led by his hand and had to have someone think for him just to pretend to do his job. Before you slander me, he was not mentally challenged. I'm talking about the incompetence (proven) and lost state of his entire generation. These children should be at home playing with their toys not trying to man some job that someone who thinks for themselves and actually cares about their job and customers could be doing. This guy had no idea where to locate the wire that was brought directly to him, waiting on me. Furthermore, he made no move to even help me. Didn't call over any assistance, didn't look for the wire and didn't try to help me at all. There are 2 depot's in the city. I'll be shopping at the West side Depot until you decide to hire people that want to work and care about their customers, people who actually think for themselves and are not lost without someone holding their hand and thinking for them. Here's a clue, if they are under 30 and we have not gone back in time to where people are worth something, DON'T HIRE THEM!

I tried to call and speak with the kitchen designer in regard to purchasing my kitchen cabinets and spoke with Dena. I have never spoke with such a rude and unprofessional person before. I was honestly shocked and very taken back. Felt like she attached me verbal for trying to obtain stock cabinet information. Needless to say I will be buying on cabinets and all needed accessories elsewhere.

I was touched inappropriately at the Home Depot

Register was not making beep when item scanned. Ii accidentally scanned my first item twice. I pressed request help to get the item removed. After a long wait a person came over, reset the register and immediately left before I could explain the problem. I had to request and wait again to grt the person back. This time I did not let her reset the register until after I explained my problem. I was in a hurry and it wasted a lot of my time. To be fair to the employee, she was the only person taking care of all of the registers.

I appreciate how helpful the staff are here.

Matt, Kyle, Jaq from the Pro Desk, and the others were all extremely helpful today. It has been a long time since I have had this level of helpful staff at Home Depot. Thank you all for your exceptional service today. You are appreciated.

Delivery company installation totally incompetent, dishwasher was unusable as installed

I had a very disappointing experience at this Home Depot location. When I encountered a price discrepancy at the self-checkout, the workers overseeing the area were extremely rude and unwilling to help. Instead of addressing the issue politely, they acted dismissive and unprofessional. A simple price check shouldn’t be met with attitude—especially when the whole point of self-checkout is supposed to be convenience. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location failed in that regard. I hope management trains staff to handle these situations better in the future. Until then, I’ll think twice before returning.

delivered to the wrong street, wrong person. an honest neighbor called to let me know! otherwise would have been out $96. of stolen paint due to incompetent driver!

I have been patronizing the Flagstaff East store for nearly four years now, and having lived in other parts of the country, I have never experienced a Home Depot location as great as Flagstaff East! I can almost always find what I need, it's easy to get in/out of, and the employees are always available and often proactive in asking you what you might need help with. Tammy and her crew do an awesome job, and I live the choice of background music, too! Thank you!

Had to go far away from where we live to buy this Christmas tree. They were kind enough over the phone. To let us purchase it and hold it for us and helped us out today. After we drove there helped get the product in the car. It was pretty heavy, so thank you for your wonderful customer service

That store has a Rocking Toilet with an automatic three minute high pressure baday that will leave your under carriage shiny as an apple. Better bring a towel though, or you'll leave the men's room looking like you just got off a jet ski.

Special ordered 25 gallons of Behr paint with promised delivery on Friday. Friday came, no paint. Computer said delayed until Sunday. Sunday came, no paint. Finally showed up on Monday. Everyone at HD was very helpful. Kudos to Jared in Paint, Erin at the Pro desk and Jaidan at the service desk.

Mike the manager went way above and beyond expectations in assisting me with my plumbing needs!

This Home Depot has some of the most helpful staff around. I came in with a half hour to closing and they led me to and let me gather everything I needed for the job 2 hours away. They helped me load a near full pallet of roof shingles, lumber and some other items too.
