Worked with Kaimlie buying a new refrigerator and she has great knowledge of her job and the products very polite and friendly. Every other store employee was also very polite and helpful.

Shylowe helped us today awesome customer support we spend a lot and happy he helped us find all we needed

We are replacing our floors, and Tyler was a fantastic help. He made sure we got all supplies we needed.

Aside from the smell from the local dog food plant, this location, and it’s associates are top notch.

Give sales person fci7iz a raise

Our power went out and I was able to get a generator and power to our home in the middle of winter. The sales and manager went out of there way to make everything as streamlined as possible.

They are super busy and I would assume understaffed (as all businesses post 1,000,000 Covid deaths and in a high-inflation, minimum wage economy are) but they do great work. They obviously do more than the minimum because employees are super helpful.

Kaimlie in appliances was super helpful and patient with my order. Made sure to follow up with me after a computer/system shut down. Very grateful

Caleb was amazing helping me find my Shop Vac and he was relentless in looking all over the store as it said you had five in stock and we could not find them. He spent so much whit me looking all over and finally helped me get one and it made my day as my shop vac at home had just broken and I needed a new one that day! Caleb is the best!!!! thank you Caleb!!!!

Friendly staff and competitive prices

The ENTIRE staff at the East Flagstaff Home Depot did an excellent job. Two of the items I needed required the electric scaffold, and the staff was right on hand to help me out. Maddie and Shylo in customer service were both so friendly and helpful. I would imagine this is a reflection of good management!

Kendra was amazing with a speedy refund respectful and polite. Thankyou Kendra! I was looking for someone to help me, there was no employees to be found that were not helping other people. A gentleman with long hair Crown Dog was excited to help me with everything I was needing across the store. He knows his stuff! I can't express how many times I've gad to wait for an employee to finish helping another customer before I can get help, willing and eager help but some times I just leave, it seems there is not enough help for the customer experience to be satisfactory every visit. I try to schedule my purchases to ensure if I need assistance I know I will be able to get the help I NEED.

I bought generator it's great

The store associates are not help ful and let people struggle putting merchandise on carts or loading. Don't expect to be assisted if an item is too heavy.

I go to the east side location often and always have a great reception from the employees they are friendly and helpful. Hats off to your team!

Tools Rental Sales Associates talk down to you like you are a child

Every time I visit this store I am treated with great service and always with a smile.

I was refused Veteran's Discount today. I was told that I needed to go online and prove that I was a veteran, even though I had proof of Veterans status on my drivers license. There are other options!

The gals at the customer service counter ae great!

I came in to return some items and the lady at the return customer service desk, who was supposed to return our stuff told us that we can not return it, even though we had the card that we purchased the item with. The lady made me feel unwelcome and seemed irritated in helping us. Please fix these behaviors!!!

Most young hires don’t know what they’re talking about as far as product is concerned they just try to sell you what you think you want or they want have a hard time with young kids in the summertime because they don’t know nothing about any of the products that is being sold at Home Depot I need to be more educated on their section. Leaders of the store need to show leader ship. Stop and help shoppers rather than calling in associate that doesn’t know anything about what’s going on in that store

Great Store, Great Staff. We live remotely and always stop at HD to browse while finding the required necessities to maintain our business.

My original review about how terrible my experience was has been rejected. They don't really want your opinion unless it is positive. Things won't get better until they are willing to hear the truth.

Management was quite rude. Showed no respect for the employees working there. Cashier was friendly and especially the guy who helped us put concrete in the truck. But they need to stop rushing and whoever is beeping the forklift is scaring people.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received when buying a refrigerator from Home Depot. Melita greeted us immediately, no waiting or searching for help, explained our options knowledgeably, and helped us get just what we wanted--a basic frig with no whistles and bells. She was professional and friendly. We felt appreciated and supported in making this major purchase.
