I was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I received when buying a refrigerator from Home Depot. Melita greeted us immediately, no waiting or searching for help, explained our options knowledgeably, and helped us get just what we wanted--a basic frig with no whistles and bells. She was professional and friendly. We felt appreciated and supported in making this major purchase.

Found everything I needed easily. All of staff was helpful and friendly especially my cashier Emma

On different occasions, the associates at this location are very helpful and friendly. They've been knowledgeable and give helpful recommendations.

I'm a contractor and find this store great to shop at. They have almost everything and there is a great staff to help out.

Disorganized, chaotic, help cannot be found, poor stock availability

I love this Home Depot they have everything I need, and I love the flower selection.

I visit this location twice daily. During the winter I purchase pellet stove pellets. If the bags are broken they are usually discounted 50% which is fair due to the fact that I have to shift the pellets before I use them because the employees sweep remnants from the broken bags off the floor back into the bags collecting debris of all sorts. Once something broke my stoves auger, so now I always sift it first. There is a tall, pale older man who acts like he is head cashier, I believe he is an assistant mgr. he will not discount the bags. He says if it low by 10% he will only discount it by 10%. so in essence I would still be paying regular price for whatever is in the bag. Plus he gives off attitude that the customer is triing to cheat him, so I always avoid his register when I am there because of this.

Poor customer service Cannot get assistance from store associates

Chris, an Assistant Manager at the East Flagstaff Store, is an amazing manager and human. On Saturday, April 17, my husband and I came to pick up an order. The order wouldn't fit in our truck and Chris spent an hour with us, helping us to find a way to get our purchase home. He didn't neglect other issues--occasionally taking a break from our problem to attend to other employee and customer needs. I felt bad we were such a pain but he never made us feel like we were overtaxing his generosity. I was so grateful for his creativity and his energy. He's one of the best employees I've had the chance to work with--and I've worked with a lot of great ones. I hope you can find a way to reward him for his awesome work.

The store was very neat and clean and easy to get around.

Just wish employee let me know he didn’t have enough time to make the key before store closed... I had to settle with what the doorknob came with..

not ADA compliant, pallets left anywhere and everywhere they dont care if you have to climb over stuff to get to product, sections needlessly blocked, always understaffed, cant ever get help even w heavy stuff cause they dont care if you get hurt. cant get a manager.. they dont enforce pandemic mask mandate per corporate policy or local laws because they care about losing business over that not ADA compliance or people getting injured in their stores b/c of their nuttiness.

Associates were helpful and assisted me with what I needed. When an associate is able to work/greet two or three customers at a time that is true customer service. As a store associate I had no problem waiting for the associate due to the fact that he acknowledged me while he was working with another customer.

I had a very good shopping experience , the people were friendly , helped me in every way and had what I needed .

This store has very helpful, friendly, and competent staff. I go there for all my home projects!!

All of the employees were quite busy stocking, cleaning, etc. - but were quick to offer me help. Especially Sophia at the Customer Service Desk.

The folks at this store seem to WANT to work here! Andrea in the blind department is knowledgeable and awesome and Leon is very friendly at checkout.

If you're in need of customer help, Zion and Mac in the paint department are the "go to" guys. They are courteous, helpful and will go above and beyond to help!

Workers don’t help so saf

I visit this Home Depot at least 4 times a week, year round. I am a contractor and always need something and I can get in and out fast. The people working there are friendly and helpful

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Went today to pick up screws- but remembered I needed a new battery for my car key fob. Sophia went above and beyond to help me get my fob opened so I could get the right sized battery. For that and her general air of kindness and happiness, I am most grateful! In this time when people are trying not to have contact, it was a true pleasure to interact with a person as cheerful and helpful as she was. Thank you Sophia!!

We had an issue with returning an online order of flooring. A different Home Depot told us returning wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived at this store we found that the previous store had given us incorrect information. This store worked tirelessly for us to find a work around and complete our return anyway. Great customer service!

My internet was down and I wanted to make some purchases....the customer service was great and I was able to order everything with the excellent help . Plus every person i spoke to was so kind!

They do a poor job of enforcing mask wear in store- three people this morning, one person talking to clerk at front of store for over 20 minutes. Your clerks are nice at least the two I spoke with today in the aisle and at check out but the lady clerk at the door needs to be reminded to do her job

This store is definitely customer oriented… The sales staff is knowledgeable and loves to help locate items in the store. Particularly DINA in how’s hold was fantastic today! Both she and her manager assisted me in a large purchase of a clothes dryer. I foundExactly what I needed and at a great price! The manager on duty, Chris, was also very kind and helpful. The store was clean organized and consumer friendly! Keep up the good work

First of all the store was very clean a great plus in the time of COVID. Second we were helped from start to finish in ordering new carpet and padding for our home. All questions were answered and taken care of.
