We came to buy soils and plants for the Abba's Garden project where i grow fruits and vegetables to give out to the homeless and poverty stricken neighbours in Oak Park. This is our 4th year and we always buy from Home Depot because they have a very good selection of organic fruits and veggies i use in the garden. And because as a disabled widow on a very limited income, Home Depot helps make things affordable for Abba's Garden. We came and bought multiple bags of soils and manures along with a few more veggies for the garden. Our cashier not only helped us pack my son's late model Honda Civic, she even covered the carpets and upholstery so nothing would get stained! Great service!

Home depot is like a candy store to me, It seems I am there at least every week in the summer!

I visited the store to purchase redwood for a new fence. Everything I needed was in stock and the cost was lower than competitors. The service I received was excellent.

Items found online were found in store as well. Associates were helpful when called upon. Friendly customer representatives when checking out items.

This is my local Home Depot, so I go here quite frequently. The checkers are always friendly and engaging, but that is just part of the allure. By and large the associates wandering around the store seem to know when I need help and when i would rather just do my own thing without interruption. It's uncanny. I cannot recall ever coming across a sour employee here, in fact most seem very upbeat and hard working. I would highly recommend this store for your DIY builder.

I accidentally left my notebook on one of the shelves. Not knowing where it had gotten lost, I received a phone call from the store. They had taken the time to locate me and make sure it was returned. Above and beyond anything I had hoped for. Thank you! Also, every time I have been there, someone has always helped me load the car!

I was very happy with the help I received yesterday

The Home Depot had a killer sale on mulch; five 2 cubic ft. bags for $10. I had already purchased a few bags at the Florin Road store and I wanted to buy a few more bags. I went to the Elk Grove store but they were sold out. I went back to the Florin Road store where they had plenty of bags--pallets!. Later at home I purchased ten more bags and later that night I received a call and a text informing me that the order was ready. The next day I picked up the order and the service was great. The associates were prompt and I spent no more than ten minutes in the store as my order was prepared prior to my arrival and waiting for me. I was even asked if I needed assistance to my car but I declined. The experience was great and I will definitely go back to the Florin Road store. I believe the associate's name was Linda.
