One of your employees not only took me to the aisle that had what I was looking for but he made sure I was satisfied with my choice and then asked me if I needed assistance with anything else. great Employee! Wish I took note of his name!

We were looking for a new microwave oven dual unit. The attendant had to complete a special order, explain sale price,schedule the delivery and contacted the handymen to be able to have the unit installed. She was very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable.

If you are looking to make a custom window treatment purchase, this store location is the one to go to. They have great options and great customer service. Ask for Sabrina. She was outstanding! We were able to get exactly what we wanted. Her knowledge and expertise were superb!

MAKE SURE YOU PAY RIGHT AMOUNT THEY ADDED INSURANCE WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

the people working in this store have the old school rules. the customer is the one that keeps the place in business, meaning give service when needed and do it with a smile. the cashier, dawn thanked me for my military service,and did it with a sincere smile, not like scripted reply. thanks for having helpful employees that do not act like it is a burden for them to help. jim murrey

I seldom run into trouble at this store. One thing I did notice is that you no longer carry the electric Remington Pole saw and I need to replace mine. I have looked in the dept. where they usually ar and it seems that you no longer carry it?

Store is very short of employees in the aisles to help you find products and answer questions. The good news is that the ones you find are friendly and helpful. The Cashiers are friendly and very well trained. Frequently items in the shelves are placed in the wrong bins so you have to pick carefully. Often they are out of stock. It seems they are short of manpower to keep shelves orderly and properly stocked. It is hard to find somebody to help in the Electrical section.

Wonderfully pleased with the help that we received today. Both in the lumber department and at the checkout area.

Probably the best Home Depot I've ever been to in terms of customer service. Beats my local NY store hands down.

Typically this store seems to always be understaffed. Most staff were busy with customers. Others who were walking through the department I was shopping in couldn't help... "not my area". I understand that not all can have expertise in every area, but they need some training on how to be polite and engage a customer. Have lots of the "little things" that Lowes doesn't seem to have.

sometimes you stop carrying items that had previously been purchased at Home Depot, such as Electric Remington Pole saw. Went to purchase another one and it is no longer available at Home Depot. why is that? poor performance/bad reviews? The one you now carry, has a shorter blade (for the chain) and it is far more expensive/heavier too. Just wondering...

I love this store! It has some of the best associates. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They take their time and are patient. Some are willing to teach you a thing or two!

I searched on my own to find a specific item I needed. I found it and did not find it necessary to seek an attendant. The desk personnel were professional, helpful and cordial

We used to shop regularly at a different DIY store but in the past few months we have favored this Home Depot because of the friendliness of the employees. Debi in the garden center is always friendly and helpful.

Great store. Folks always nice here. Sometimes the staff can be a bit rushed but that is to be expected when you are a good store with good products. I come here often. Few times a week.

Always greeted when I walk in, my dog was even greeted. I was asked if I was finding everything ok within the first 5 minutes I was there. If I needed something, there was always an employee close by
