Maria in the landscape dept. on this visit was very professional and friendly. She had a nice smile on a gray cloudy day.

I utilize the organized labeling of items. It makes my search simple. Associates are quick to guide you on specific areas of the item. Huge numbers are good shelve indicator and check of its label in big prints, you just have to look up to find them.

I found the positive change so refreshing I asked to speak to a manager.

We arrived at this location to find a remedy for a fungus attack on a "Flowering Pear Tree" recently purchased within the last 90 days, I entered the Lawn & Garden shop, asking for the most knowledgeable associate in the area of horticulture care. We were immediately introduced to Mr. Joe Pacholski who guided us the proper fungus control for this issue. He explained the application process, the appearance of the tree after application, and gave us his personal cell phone number just in case we had questions. This Store is an excellent location by which you can obtain great help, products, advice, and service. The Cashier(Maria) was very helpful and quick in getting us checked out and on our way. I love shopping here.

It was a joy coming into the store and associate greeted me when I came I was looking for a washer and dryer the selection was great

We just had a great experience with the kitchen-bath designer in helping us select custom bathroom cabinets and also using the Home Depot granite remnant program. The associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very detailed in explaining the process and helping us select the items we needed for a bath renovation. I would highly recommend going to this store for your redecorating needs.

I am so familiar with Home Depot Altamonte Spgs. I usually wonder around and find stuff on my own, if I can't, there is ALWAYS some associate around to ask or for assistance.

found everything I needed, was greeted warmly and asked if I needed guidance and when I checked out in the self serve area, i was helped very quickly and happily by a lady named joann, not sure when you altered your instore philosophy, but I have been to lowes and waited 20 min for someone to help me, in the Altamonte store I was asked if I needed help 5 times in 10 min, awesome job

As many times as we shop here the consistency of their customer service never disappoints. Always knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I asked three associates for help, and no one would help me, and the third one called on his radio for help, and asked me to stay there. 15 minutes went by, and no one came, so I helped myself, and then when I went to check out, the cashier was rude, saying that she was busy, but was obviously not. I then talked the the manager, and he told me that sometimes his people get busy, and they may not mean to pass me off like that. There could not have been more than ten people in the entire store. Is THAT being too busy?! It was the worst experience I have ever had there. If I need something, I guess I am on my own from now on.

I needed help picking out trim molding for a home project and Carl in the lumber department went out of his way to help me pick the right trim. I appreciated his help and input. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

Clean store. Helpful associates. Went in for two items but could only find one. Needed specific oscillating fan which the store does not carry. Otherwise overall pleased with experience.
