Greeted by customer service to help me with my order. Totally impressed with my online order pickup. They even helped me pay for items I picked up in the store.

To me the problem with all retail now is selfe checkout it is OK to have some but to be the only option can really cause problems if someone needs help with a price or anything else.The store does a great job with what they have.

I’m always going to this Home Depot. I wept when it was flattened by a tornado that rained debris upon my house. I was so glad to hear about its restoration. I have been a fan for 10+ years.

Poor management, hard to find help inside in the store. Hard to find help loading and unloading.

Let me begin by saying that the younger Latino lady and man at customer service were amazing, helpful and super knowledgeable. My issue is the older, white female greeter. She twice ignored me when I entered the store. I’m sure I looked confused and even turned around staring at signs in the entryway. Not once did she acknowledge me. However the white male behind me, she immediately perked up for. Spoke loudly, gave a toothy grin and even offered him the specials/ daily sales information. Maybe that’s her preference of customer but it left a poor impression upon entering. However thanks to the other staff members, the trip was a success overall.

I came in today to handle a few returns, for which I did not have a paper receipt. And because I use so many different different payment methods it’s hard to track down which purchases were made with which card. If you add the stress of daily life, it can make return seem near impossible. But people like Elaria, people who are cut from a different cloth, Can make the process much smoother. I was really stressed out. She actually calmed me down. Never got the chance to thank her for this. And I probably never will. But this is the bare minimum that I can do for her

Pam and Johnathan were so nice and helpful. I’d probably consider my most recent shopping experience to be the best one I’ve ever had anywhere. I know it all sounds cheesy, but I was previously on the fence about which home improvement store was my favorite. Now I have decided that I’m a Home Depot type of person

I had an issue finding a brand new item in store. Several employees tried to help, but to no avail. Kandi from Customer Service offered a solution to get me what I needed at a comparable price. THANK YOU VERY MUCH KANDI!

They help me find a part for my ceiling fan I bought at Wayfair and it was missing parts and it’s been a year trying to get them from Wayfair. They found it quickly and it was only 5 bucks. Perron, Andres and David were great and very helpful and remember my dogs name Peaches.

Joe, an employee up at the front saw I needed help with the tools locked up front. I told him what project I planned on and he helped me select the right tools and then made sure I had the right bits, nails and orher items I needed.

I have been in a lot of Home Depots, but this one got first place with me! Best customer service ever from the manager to every staff person that helped me!!! So glad I found this location!!

Greeted with smiles and a willingness to help. A store full of happy employees!! How refreshing! Extra thanks to Johnny and Connie who both left what they were doing to help me out. Johnny did a lot of walking and searching for what I couldn't find on my own. I am thankful.

Pesonnel was very courteous and helpful.

The Forest location is fantastic. The store is clean, open and inviting. MOST of its staff is knowledgeable, empathetic, and professional. Found here are a variety of tools, projects and information on how to get things done!

You need a CODE to enter the Restroom, the restroom is locked and you have to look for an associate to open the restroom, at the time I really needed to go I didn’t find any associate near. As a costumer you don’t need to be chasing for an employee to open the door for you.

If you value your time steer clear. Had product code on phone, but made me wait forever for someone to verify it.

Great assortment of green and flowering shrubs to choose from.

Omar at the Pro Desk helped me with a complicated return that was not showing up on my pro extra account. He stayed with it and found the solution. He was determined to help and he did.

David and Janelle pulled my order today and they were great. My order was accurate, they were fast and very courteous.

I purchased a new exterior door handle and needed it re-keyed. Marissa took care of me in just a few minutes.

Worst experience getting a fresh Christmas tree. No help at all. No trimming, no wrapping, no help to car in fact husband had to carry from the garden center to the SELF checkout. Big tree and he's almost 65. Terrible experience. We had to put it in our car with me, husband and two kids. Normally it goes on top! To make things worse the trunk split about 10 inches when set up. This has never happened in 30 years of buying fresh Christmas trees.

I went there to get mop heads for my job and they were easy to find. The staff was very nice and friendly and they asked if needed help. I have been in customer service for almost 38 years and I always appreciate great service and I always get it Home Depot #0598. HOME DEPOT ROCKS!!!

I was assisted in finding the right option for my household, which was hard before Ms.Kandy came to my rescue. She was amazing. She professional to say the least. She had answers and asked all the right questions to help me choose the best fit device for my family. She also assisted me in finding something outside of her area, and found someone to answer what she couldn’t. Amazing service…..
