        Don't buy countertops
        Third time in trying to get countertops ordered correctly. Supervisor for the countertop area is very helpful and attentive but her staff is not. 1st time in was to make an appointment to get someone out to measure for new countertops. We made the appointment for the next day and specifically asked if the person we made the appointment with was on the schedule for the appointed time and we were reassured she was. The next day we show up for the appointment only to find out the person did not show up for work. So we had to find someone else to help us schedule for the installer to come out a measure area. We got everything ordered (so we thought). A week later the installer still hadn't called me for an appointment so I called them. They stated that the PO was created wrong and would have to be redone. They emailed home depot concerning this issue but no one ever replied back. They even included me on the next email but still received no reply. We went to the home depot on Forrest a week and a half later to see if we could get everything worked out. The person we originally had the appointment with was sitting at the desk and asked if she could help us out. We told her the situation and she stated that she hadn't originally worked on it so she would call someone else. She was no longer interested in helping us and kept stating that she was not originally involved so it was not her issue. Kept deflecting any responsibility on someone else. We get a supervisor for the cabinet department and she was not able to figure out how to revert the PO. So we had to wait an extra 3 days until the other manager get back from vacation. Once they were back from vacation they finally got it worked out. I will not be going back to home depot if I ever need countertops. Also home depot will not train all the countertop department employees on design. They just train one. Makes it difficult if they are on vacation or just don't show up for work.

          Unpleasent shopping trip!
          No help available in the aisles. Orange buckets stacked high and wide in the aisle so I couldn't see or reach the products on the shelves. Never found the aisle where one item I wanted was located.

            Best return experience!
            I had to return a broken item that was delivered. I was lucky to be helped by cashier Tyneisha, who was very helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Home Depot would be smart to give that young woman a raise and promote her into a position where she serves as a representative of the company. Easily the best customer service experience I’ve had in years!

                  NO SECURITY AT ANY OF THEIR STORES!
                  Their managers allowed us to be assaulted at the Skillman sore in Dallas, Texas, for 5 hours! We found out later that Home Depot has it arranged with the local Dallas Police too stand down in these physical/verbal assaults against Evan Elderly and handicapped people! We actually hope Home Depot goes belly up!

                        Our Home Depot at Forest is the BEST!
                        I am so dellighted to work with our salesperson, Manju Sree - who gives us excellent help, information, suggestions and is an absolute delight to work with such a competent, educated salesperson of high caliber. Also, i commend the manager John, for giving to us a 10% military discount and was also very courteous and helpful.

                            I want to thank all the associates that helped me especially the managed who was kind and professional. Had issue with an item with no barcode even the sales person and manager were not able to find the item in the system, but manager took care of it. Thank you!

                              My new refrigerator has been waiting for installation and the old unit to be removed for the past 11 days and still no word from Home Depot as to when it might be done.

                                Forest & Central is my go to Home Depot even though I have another (Grissom) closer. This is because it is clean, orderly and well stocked. I have been greeted and assisted by the MANAGER a few times. She is GREAT!

                                    Inefficient management of employees
                                    The store opened at 8am on Sunday to let customers in, but the employees were not ready to work. One employee told me that employees won't be ready for a while since they just opened the store. No one was available to help. I had to spend one hour until I was able to buy the products I wanted to buy. Absolute wasting time. If you are not ready to help customers at 8am, don't say that your store opens at 8am.

                                        To me the problem with all retail now is selfe checkout it is OK to have some but to be the only option can really cause problems if someone needs help with a price or anything else.The store does a great job with what they have.

                                          Always My Go-To
                                          I’m always going to this Home Depot. I wept when it was flattened by a tornado that rained debris upon my house. I was so glad to hear about its restoration. I have been a fan for 10+ years.

                                              Let me begin by saying that the younger Latino lady and man at customer service were amazing, helpful and super knowledgeable. My issue is the older, white female greeter. She twice ignored me when I entered the store. I’m sure I looked confused and even turned around staring at signs in the entryway. Not once did she acknowledge me. However the white male behind me, she immediately perked up for. Spoke loudly, gave a toothy grin and even offered him the specials/ daily sales information. Maybe that’s her preference of customer but it left a poor impression upon entering. However thanks to the other staff members, the trip was a success overall.

                                                Elaria is the BEST!
                                                I came in today to handle a few returns, for which I did not have a paper receipt. And because I use so many different different payment methods it’s hard to track down which purchases were made with which card. If you add the stress of daily life, it can make return seem near impossible. But people like Elaria, people who are cut from a different cloth, Can make the process much smoother. I was really stressed out. She actually calmed me down. Never got the chance to thank her for this. And I probably never will. But this is the bare minimum that I can do for her

I’d probably consider my most recent shopping experience to be the best one I’ve ever had anywhere.
