The store is clean and well stocked and the staff is always available and willing to assist. Customer service is the name of the game and the staff at this store is great.

You can find almost everything

The store is organized, the people know the store like their own homes, and they are FRIENDLY! I love this store. I bring my dog! He loves this store! We may walk a bit to find what we need, but we both need the exercise! We are learning the layout, and they don't rearrange often so it works for us!

I went to the Frederick store on rt 85. I had the best experience. The store was neat and cleaned very organized. Plenty of sales associates for assistance and check out. My cashier was Jeanette she was amazing her register keep shutting down and wouldn't scan. She kept it together and just moved her line. Kevin who was the lumber tech also made our experience here very welcoming. We will definitely be back here for all of our improvement needs.

The associate/saleswoman in the paint department was extremely rude to us, practically calling us liars. It was a very unpleasant experience.

In my experience, this store is always well stocked with the items that I need; the staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Shopped at the lawn/garden center for flowers and mulch. The cashier named Justin was very friendly and welcoming. He has a nice smile and represents your store well. The plants were healthy and well cared for too. I will make my 3rd trip there this morning for additional mulch.

I've never had such great customer service. Buying a grill. Torquiose and Lafayette was PROFESSIONALS. Personable, patient & knowledgeable.

This store is poorly managed, aisles cluttered with clueless employees and non-existent managers

Home Depot in Frederick is a well kept and well staffed store. The store personnel are all knowledgeable and helpful. Finding someone in any department is always easy. This is my goto Home Depot always.

The staff is truly great here, they go out of their way to help. I much prefer this store over other home improvement stores, including over other Home Depots.

This store is on the way home, which is very convenient for my family. We are always doing repairs at home. My husband is handyman at his job and he constantly needs to buy something. All the arrangements, painting and gardening of our house is provided by man depot. We have also used the service to repair the baseman floor. They have always lent us an excellent service.

A good place to go for everyday needs around the house. Also has a great garden center in season.

I purchased a plastic shelving unit on February 21 and was quite satisfied with it. I returned to the store today, 2/22/17 to purchase another shelf and could not find the same one on the shelf. I asked the gentleman at customer service if they had anymore and when he checked there were 60 units available. The item was way up on a shelf and this same man got a fork lift, closed the aisle and proceeded to get the large package with many shelving units in it. He then opened the large packing unit and retrieved my shelf and handed it to me...very nice of him. Thank you!

Thoroughly pleasant experience at this location. Right from the greeting at the door to working with associates in the individual departments, staff are knowledgeable, pleasant, engaged, and fast. The store is clean and inviting and everyone is so responsive-- great place to be!
