David and Hunter loaded 3/4 ton of materials in my truck promptly at the direction of the very cooperative cashier.

Appliance Specialist, Barbara Pierce, was the single reason for this exceptional experience. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating and personable. I have never had a better shopping experience on a large purchase. I hope that she is both rewarded and compensated for her attributes to your team!

I enjoyed shopping at this Home Depot because from the moment I approached the store it was evident that there is excellent care and attention to the store's appearance and presentation of inventory both outside and inside. Everyone was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable communicators! Cashier SAMANTHA was outstanding in her energy, personableness and efficiency - very impressive!

Purchased several routine items from the garden outdoor area and told at the register they do not offer a Veterans Discount.

The employees at the Home Depot in Frederick on Buckeystown Pike are excellent. I like the location store because it’s never overcrowded and they’re always enough of people around to help out if you have a question or having trouble with something people are very helpful and happy to be working there and happy to help is always nice

We have shopped at other home improvement stores and noticed that you have to track down an employee to get help. The Home Depot on Urbana Pike has employees like Quin who actively engage with customers to see if they need help. Having amazing people on staff who help in everyway possible is why we will keep shopping at this store.

We went to find a replacement wand for a Royobi Power Washer and had a great experience at customer service. Peggy from Long Island was really nice and kind. The store had at least two employees ask us if we needed help. One employee with a hearing disability even came up to us at the light bulb section and could tell we needed advice.

The home depot at Frederick is exceptional to residential modification needs and advise

I was not confident with measuring and installing windows for brick veneer openings, however Millwright Thomas solved all my concerns and issues. We had a lot of fun along the way, and I was confident with my purchase.

I've been shopping at this location since it opened 20(?) years ago. There are other stores and options but this store seems to be consistently well stocked, well organized and staffed appropriately.

I had asked an employee who didn’t seem busy about an item I had trouble looking for, but instead, she directed her other coworker to help me. I had felt disrespected as there were no other customers around. She did not seem to care at all and continued on her phone. There are some employees who are helpful and nice, but others who seem to not care about helping customers. I hope I will have a better experience my next visit with employees who are actually willing to assist.

My husband and I were calling around to different Home Depot stores looking for a specific Christmas tree, I had the great fortune to call the Frederick store and speak with someone in Customer Service who went above and beyond to not only help us get the tree we were looking for, but also put it on hold so my husband could pick up the next day. They were very helpful and great ambassadors for the store!

I have to visit this store 5 times a week and every time it's a wonderful experience.

The dedicated staff you have are knowledgeable, funny, and helpful. Great people make a great experience!

I amin HD's 2-3 times a week all over central MD and this is by far the best one! Best stock and best staff.

Claudia showed GREAT patience and Customer service skill that went above and beyond. Zach was able to guide me to the items I needed with ease, and if he wasn't sure of the location he was able to find it via HDepot device. Very clean and well organized store. I will be copying and pasting this to Google maps for this location with a 5 star. Please look into promoting these employees. The Cashiers are awesome! Sonia and Kelly are true assets to the Home Depot Brand. They provide excellent service always with a smile and a friendly welcoming gesture. I don't shop any where else because of those two and I own a large construction company. I would rather shop there than a Lumber Yard.

If you’re lucky enough to encounter the staff members I did on my last visit (a tall, spiritual African American gentleman and his humorous Irish companion) you will not be disappointed. Helpful and inspiring!!!!

Multiple items purchased, promptly processed by very professional staff, helped offered for unloading items into the truck. Prompt follow-up when items ordered on line arrived at the store for pick up.

The Manager Ed has no clue what ‘make the customer happy’ means. Store is very gloomy, disorganized, and everyone there is not friendly or inviting starting with Claudia at customer service.

bought 2x3 at this store the lumber was ok some pieces i did not like

we had to make a return of an item and Nick the cashier was more than helpful and understanding.
