Exclusive Savings on the Brands Pros Trust

Many of our customers come from extensive labor backgrounds, including designers, builders, contractors, property managers, and other skilled professions. This Pro Appreciation event honors those hardworking individuals and their efforts by offering big savings on the tools and equipment they know and trust. Take advantage of this savings March 18-24 and join us in-store on March 21 from 7:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. for free food, prizes and more.

Great Lawns Start With the Right Care

Choose from our selection of fertilizers from popular name brands and enjoy a lush lawn all spring. Granular fertilizer with a time-release formula gives you more control over your lawn feeding schedule. You can also try quick-release liquid fertilizer, which gives your grass immediate results when it comes to growth and color. If you’re environmentally conscious, we offer plenty of all-natural fertilizers that nourish your lawn with organic matter. Be sure to pick up a spreader to distribute your fertilizer. Broadcast spreaders are a classic choice for a wide area. For smaller lawns, stick with a handheld spreader and if you want to control the range of your fertilizer, choose a drop spreader.

Safeguard Your Home and Family

Don’t wait until an emergency arises -- make safety a part of your spring-cleaning routine to ensure your family is protected from common household hazards. Test all of your carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors to see if they need new batteries or if their expiration date is approaching. Most detectors have a life span of 5-10 years and need to be replaced as that date approaches. There are a lot of great new options available, so you may also want to upgrade to chirpless smoke detectors or “worry-free” devices with a 10-year battery life. Be sure to also check your fire extinguishers. You’ll want to make sure they’re in good working order and that you have the right number and kind of fire extinguishers based on the size and makeup of your home.

IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THE WHOLE COMPANY ZERO STARS. THE HOME DEPOT COMPANY IS THE WORST. SALES ASSOCIATES WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE AND YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY WAITING FOR APPLIANCES THAT YOU CANNOT INSTALL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GIVE YOU ACCURATE INFORMATION. THEN, I AM SUPPOSED TO TRUST THAT THE APPLIANCES WILL MAKE IT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE BUT HOME DEPOT DOES NOT TRUST THEM AS THEY REQUIRE THE APPLIANCES TO BE SCANNED BEFORE A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS.

When I bought my place here in Germantown, one of the exciting finds was having a Home Depot store so close to me. This made my purchase of my home that much better. Other places I live, it was always a much longer drive to the Home Depot. Since I enjoy working on my own projects, I would have to make many trips back and forth and with Home Depot right around the corner, my projects get finished faster. Mainly because the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about practically everything. The store is clean and organized. The best part was when my hot water heater died on me (18 years old), I called Home Depot just to see if they had heater installation and they did. I've used Home Depot for re-doing my kitchen (cabinets and countertops), flooring and now I know they also do hot water heater installations. I just saw when I went into the store, they do windows too!!! They have everything!!!! This is why I enjoy going to Home Depot. In fact, if I could go every day, I would. Thank you store #2560!

I loved this store. It was my go to. Probaby went once or twice a week. They changed the check out lanes!!! They are the worst design I could think of. Where are you supposed to put your stuff down? There is no counter space. Everyone ends up putting things on the floor so they have hands free to pay. I bought 2 gallons of paint. That is it. And there was no place to set them down. Cashier just scanned them in my hands. How am I supposed to pay??!!! I had to set them on the floor. Plus, the casiers are in the way, the other customers are in the way, you have no idea if the second cashier in a lane is open or not and if so you have to squeeze around the people in front of you with stuff all over the floor. Self check out is worse.... Go to another store where they understand how important checking out easily is!!!!

Ok store. The paint guys are good. Some other employees don't know a screw driver from a hammer. I get tired of trying to explain what I need to a deer staring in headlights. I don't even bother going there for a specialty item. It's a waste of time.

Most of my home improvements and repairs shopping are done at Home Depot (HD). When I was searching for CPVC fittings, I went up to a HD associate in the Plumbing dept, and he was very willing to help me locate and also helped me completed my shopping list of parts needed. Then when I went to the self-checkout, the HD cashier came over and helped me to check-out. I really did appreciate this, as it was within 30 minutes of store closing (maybe that is why they were so helpful?). My wish is that this same high-level of customer service would occur every time a customer comes into HD, but I have not found that to be true - so sad :(.
