I have not run into a disrespectful clerk since moving to FL in April. I have not had a problem with any contact I have had with the associates. All have been helpful and courteous.

Associate in plumbing was most helpful in helping us select the right lawn pump and supplies for our yard. The checkout employee, Pam, was most helpful with our purchase, helping us save with discount. You don't get that at Lowe's. Which is where we usually shop. We will definitely be using Home Depot from now on.

I went into contract with Home Depot in Fort Walton Beach, Fl to have floor tile installed. The order had to be special ordered so there was a delay in project to start until arrival which I was good with. Delivery was awesome with Trevor delivering with prompt and professional service and stacking the pallets of materials in a quick and orderly fashion. However, the Home Depot contracted installers had to push start date back two different times. I had taken time off from work to support this install. Unacceptable from Home Depot. Another issue arose when installers told me there would be another 1,009 dollars to get project going due to some floor leveling to be done. I had not been briefed nor had this amount been factored in as a be prepared to empty bank account to support. As a first time home improvement home owner I was not aware all this was going to happen. I went through Home Depot to avoid the horror stories of people having bad experiences sub contracting out on their own. Project is currently on going and I hope to not have any other issues. I contacted the project liaison and she stated that unforeseen issues may arise. Well a 1,009 dollar unforeseen not budgeted hurts. If been briefed that type of costs when deciding to do the project with Home Depot I could have prepared financially and mentally for the cost.

I am a regular shopper at this store and highly recommend it to my friends.

Store associates are motivated. Easy to get employee assistance. Frequently associate help is offered without asking. Paint department is especially good.

The store is very clean. The associate are very friendly and helpful.

Our cashier, Keri, was very sweet and helpful. However my husband and I did notice a soda on the counter with a note saying if the cashier failed to mention a way to save money you could get a free soda. My husband and I both found this very tacky and like a way to bait customers into complaining about their cashier. While we enjoyed our experience today, it is less likely we will continue to shop with a with a company that is so unfair and willing to sell out the employees.

Received excellent customer assistance from both Thomas and Todd in the flooring department. Thomas helped me find ways to save money and that is vital to me.

Home Depot is our go-to store no matter where along the gulf coast we may be working, however, the friendliness of the crew in Ft. Walton are unmatched! Btw...thank you Pamela for your assistance at checkout today!

Tonight I went to get some fertilizer and the employee who helped me was not knowledgeable about the different fertilizers.

The product came pre-bent, of course it wasn't supposed to be bent. The store was so nice when I brought it to their attention, you know, because the whole box was bent. They made sure that if I wanted to return it, that I knew I could order another one online and wait another 2 weeks. She even said she would note it for me. I took it home instead and was able to get the bends out for the most part.

shopped for a new dishwasher. The salesperson Ken was a Senior long time salesman with Home Depot. He was by far one of the nicest and knowledgble employees I have encountered in many years. Ken absolutely seemed to go out of his way to present product knowledge and answer all our questions in detail. I can't say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to spend time examining products and listening to Ken's presentation. What a tremendous asset for Home Depot!

customer service and support is great. Can always find an employee to help not like the competition when you have to hunt down the help to assist you.

Absolutely horrible experience after purchasing refrigerator with ice maker to be delivered and installed by Home Depot - 5 attempts and never completed due to lack of parts, broken parts, and parts purchased that was not delivered, Follow up to store and Corporate personnel proven futile to date (6 months ago) and still attempting to reach an agreeable solution.

Great store, helpful and friendly staff. One of the things I love about Home Depot is they keep sufficient quantities of items in stock and available. Another HUGE thing for me is I shop online BEFORE I go to the store. The HD Search Engine is the VERY BEST of any store I shop, because they not only give you the product info but also the produce location!! Telling me what aisle and bin # to go to saves us a lot of time and frustration, and really makes shopping more enjoyable!

The store had just what I needed, the staff was alert to me wandering around and asked if they could help. They were friendly and within 5 minutes I had my item and was out of the store.

Home Depot store #6301continually excels in all it does as far as I notice. The staff is always friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable, and helpful. The staff truly wants my wife and I to be successful with our project regardless of what it may be. Their experience has helped us, the DIY person, to save hundreds to thousands of dollars on each project making Home Depot the go to store. The staff make themselves available to us. If they don't know the answer they normally say so and get someone who does know. For the vast majority of the time the team members are spot on. Terry in plumbing has saved us thousands of dollars alone with his extensive background and knowledge base of information. Because of his assistance we have increased our abilities to the point we are willing to additionally change out a vanity and two toilets, not bad for two amateurs.

Great store with great staff. Always helpful and inform the customer of specials and options.

Store #6301 shines above and beyond other stores in so many ways. The staff actually gives the impression they like their positions and truly want to assist the customer without any doubt. They go out of their way to make the customer's life easier. Carleen and Ieshia at the service desk will go the extra mile to provide customer satisfaction. Terry in plumbing will use his extensive knowledge to save you a lot of money as you make your own repairs no matter how many times you return to the store for "yet another" part" and more instruction or advice on how to because Yahoo wasn't good enough. The store Managers make themselves available to "Joe Public" to assist us with our issues if they ever really need to go that far. I find that the vast majority of the time the staff member is empowered to make decisions on their own. Now that's real Transparent Leadership at its best. I fall under the Americans with Disabilities Act, due to physical and multiple traumatic brain injuries, the staff I deal with know this, they remember it, don't make a big deal of it, and always are willing to be of assistance. I love your store and very close to my house. I would like more stainless steel items. With all the boats in this area, I thought you would have more. I have a waters port business and need these items all the time. I must go to Gatlin lumber to get my stainless steel items. The have a large area just for these items. I think you would sell a lot of stainless steel if you had it available.
