When I came to the store to purchase a grill and look at options for a ladder the staff were helpful in showing me where the items were and helping me to purchase.

Linda Chilcote was very informative and helpful. She knew her products and was friendly and fast.

The store was clean and well organized. The item I needed was easy to find, no assistance necessary. The cashier, Brenda was cheerful and wonderful!

The employees are amazing. Every time I walk in the door they come to me and ask if I need anything. I always need assistance it seems and they help me every step of the way! They spend as much time as it takes to help me, and sometimes that is longer than I would ever expect a sales associate to do!! Amazing. I drive a distance to go to Home Depot instead of closer options because of the employees at this store!!

I was very happy with my shopping experience at Home Depot. Went in to buy two flourescent bulbs but the price for a 10 pack was a really good value so now I am stocked up on these bulbs. Great deal !!! :)

Linda, the flooring specialist, was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. She was being pulled in many different directions by customers and other employees, but stayed past her shift to help us! While she was helping us, she received about 6-8 phone calls from customers and other associates, so maybe another flooring specialist on site would help this situation!

I have visited many Home Depots around this Country for the past 25 years. This location recently has reminded me of the experience that you enjoyed walking into a Home Depot years ago. Very outgoing associates and with a genuine smile that is disappearing in todays retail shopping experience in this country!!!!

I had a really great experience at The Home Depot. They had a 6 foot ladder on sale that I really needed. I also needed some patio blocks. Everything was easy to find in the store. The store was also clean and bright. The associates were also very helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend this store to anyone. I was in and out in a jiffy!

I did get prompt and courteous help in the refrigerator dept but the woman at the checkout was outstanding-Brenda, at LIma Rd Fort Wayne, IN location. She was so helpful, upbeat and efficient--she made me smile and I appreciated her help!! She is a keeper!!

My Husband and I visited the Home Depot on Lima Road in Fort Wayne and bought a washer and dryer and a refrigerator. Steven H. helped us and what a wonderful man he is!!! Just moved from out of town. Had to buy a washer and dryer. The associates Jim Young & Bruce Smelser in the Appliances section not only engaged with us patiently for over 3 hours, they provided all the necessary information for us to make the best decision. In the end we bought the best product for a very competitive price. The associates were honest & open in their recommendations. Thank you, guys! You made our shopping experience a joyful one. Will certainly come back for more.

I quickly found what I needed and the product I needed was in the store. I received the help I needed to locate one additional item in the Lawn and Garden Center.

Mary Lou, the associate in the paint department, was great help and was very friendly. She was really busy when we got there to have our paint mixed and she made the wait short and kept her service going to the customers in the order they were at the counter. I hope the next time I need paint, she's working the counter.

I was researching LG refrigerators and saw online that they were offered by Home Depot. We wanted a particular model and wanted to talk to a salesperson familiar with that brand. We visited the Home Depot at 6235 Lima Road in Fort Wayne and talked to Don Kolterman. We liked the fact that he was not pushy, showed us a model very close to what we wanted and carefully explained the differences in the one we wanted. He showed my wife a video of the exact model we wanted and told us they had 35 available at their distributor. We decided to purchase the model we wanted and Mr. Kolterman prepared all the paper work and let us pay by credit card at his workstation to save time. He is a truly professional sales associate. I told him that I liked his performance at the end of the transaction and he replied that he was privileged leased to be working for Home Depot and that he tries very hard to perform his job well for that privilege. We were impressed and wanted to share the story with others.

The Home Depot Store in Fort Wayne #2009 has consistently provided me with excellent customer service for the last several months. From the moment I walk into the store and throughout my visit, there is always someone stopping to ask if I need any assistance. I am not as familiar as others may be with the store layout and where to find things, so I appreciate the friendly associates offering their assistance. Several associates have helped me locate items I needed even when those items were not within their assigned departments. This type of customer service leaves me with a very favorable impression. I wish all retail store experiences were like my experiences at The Home Depot. Keep up the great work everyone!

i called to confirm the smoker i wanted matched the on-line inventory. the associate hunted the smoker down. i ask if it could be reserved. she assured me if i ordered on line the order would be processed and the item would be held. when i arrived 45 minutes later while standing in line i got the text my order was ready for pick-up!! how perfect is that. i wish i would have gotten that associate's name, she was awesome!!! i will be spreading the word and for sure do more shopping this way i the future.

Home Depots in my former state of California had much narrower and much more cluttered aisles. Staff here knows their stuff and where to find it. Extremely friendly and never put out when you ask them for directions or information.

I first went to Lowe's to purchase some utilitarian carpet. I couldn't find it and no one tried to help me even though three middle-aged male employees were clustered at a nearby end cap, talking to each other. I made two passes around them but it didn't matter to them. I was invisible. I drove across the street to Home Depot where I was immediately helped by a knowledgeable woman in flooring. She even helped me decide which method to use for buying the carpet so my budget was not overdrawn. This is not the first time Home Depot has "won" but I won't know if it's the last because I will not return to Lowe's.
