Everyone was very courteous and attentive to my needs

Customer service was great and the store neat and clean.

I purchase some oil base paint from Home Depot on 5/9/22. The technician was very pleasant . He could not answer all of my questions about the paint, therefore he sought assistance from another technician. I appreciated that. My experience was less at and the technician was helpful.

Needs to buy a washer and drier, ours quit. The Department attendant that assisted us was knowledgeable and personable with a great smile and attitude. Next was Pete of the Met Team who went out of his way to help me with a Ryobi blower.

Shopping the Home Depot was for me was very quite & relaxing. The friendly employees were great and I quickly found everything I needed in a very clean and orderly store.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Looked for 2 years for patio chairs to match ones I bought previously. Found them here and the employees were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful!!

I had a problem where I was overcharged for an on-line order. The senior customer service rep and the store manager worked together to get the refund credited back to me. This extra attention they gave me was superb because they really cared and did not hand me off to someone else.

Just purchased another washing machine at a great price

The employees are wonderful at this location. Today I enjoyed going to this location and getting out in a timely manner.

The staff of this store is remarkable, and are always friendly and so helpful. I haven’t met one yet that wasn’t absolutely great in helping me with all my needs. I have done a complete remodeling of my apartment, and bought everything from this store because of the great staff!

The long ladder with wheels blocked the aiels while riding the electric cart. Employees were helpful and know where the products located.

The associates were helpful and friendly. I was able to find the product that I needed. The store was clean.

After calling customer service just know that if you are a VETERAN with less than 20 years Home Depot doesn’t give a flip about your service and you do not qualify for the VETERAN DISCOUNT! What a disgrace to VETERANS! 1 year, 6 years or 15 doesn’t matter it’s time served for you to live in a country protected by its fine men and women! Sham on you for treating VETERANS THIS WAY!

Young man at the paint desk was quick to help us whip up the bucket of paint we needed, and Daniel at checkout was very quick to process the sale. We were in and out of the store in about 10 minutes.

Tyler at the customer service desk is the best.

A good store with good folks who care about customer service. Aisles are very well marked for commodities and assistants asked consistently if we needed any help. Garner is a small "Home Depot" but caters for our needs. Hope the manager appreciates his staff ~ we do!

Great employees! Clean store! Able to find products.

My first majot purchase from this Home Depot, but won't be my last. CSR Tom Rouse (in Applicances) was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to my husband and I when we came in looking for a range. If the delivery process is as easy and efficient as the purchase process, then we will be coming back to Home Depot for the purchase of a dishwasher in the near future.

Staff are very friendly. A shout out to the gentlemen that helped me with the key issue with the Husky Tool box (didn't catch his name). Also to Patti for giving me 2 of her personal highlighters so I didn't have to go to another store. They both were very engaging and seemed to like there jobs. Patti actually told she loves her job. It is the little things that make a big difference. This store seems to understand that and all the staff just seemed happy and eager to help. That says something about the store and management. Appreciate you all!

Rude cashier. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me, then they rolled their eyes because I needed blinds cut own to size. They recommended that I just hang them outside the window frame! Are you freaking kidding me?

This store has exceptional employees. Marcia, our cashier, was friendly and helpful. Jake, young man working the parking lot in a hard rain, welcomed us, assisted us to my car holding an umbrella, then invited us to come back soon.

The customer service that I received was excellent . My shipping orders were actually ready before the due date which was surprising to me. I just think that a few more associates in store would be great to help us do it yourselfers find the things that we need so that we don't spend half a day looking for items that we don't need.

I love my local Home Depot! They usually have what I need, without too much searching. But it's the staff for me - friendly, helpful, and polite. The store is clean, and safety is clearly a priority (e.g. closing off aisles when getting something of the top shelves, etc). The staff have to put up with some real head cases, so I admire their ability to stay calm and deal with situations. Shout out to the paint ladies! They are so helpful and friendly - and their advice was excellent.

This is our 2nd year we have purchased the nice Scott's Earthgro Brown colorguard mulch from this Home Depot store. Gwen, at Garden, was very friendly and helpful to check me out quickly and even find an associate on her team to load the proper mulch in my car!! Great teamwork to please the customer from Gwen and my local Home Depot store!!!!!!!!
