Home Depot to me and my business makes a huge difference as Home Depot is often a one stop shop for us. I can go in to buy electrical products and find needed tools, storage containers, gloves, glasses, and a host of other items that allow our business to move forward smoothly. The pricing is often better than our suppliers, the product is usually on the shelf, and it is easy to shop for and take to our work truck. I shop a lot in Gillette WY and I have gotten to know many of the store clerks and other help and I have to say I enjoy most all of them.

Lee was excellent, knowledegable and very honest. He was a pleasure doing business with!

Selection of products was outstanding as always and in most every store I have ever been in. The attention to detail in the Kitchen cabinets department by the sales associate was what I needed to pursue a purchase.

Surprised to receive so much help and patience in purchasing a new riding mower. Returned several times with many questions to several associates. Did not feel rushed and appreciated the advice. Finally made the decision to buy several days later. Received special financing and 100 dollars off regular price. Financing was quick and easy. Manager was wonderful to work with. I will be returning soon.

Found everything I needed (with a little help from the associate), and appreciated the friendliness and the extra personal information about the product he shared with me (Fly traps)

Clean, helpful was in and out! location isn't a bad choice either.

I am always impressed with the polite and friendly attitude of the employees from this store. I work in the public service field and know the pitfalls of providing great customer service and would like to praise the management of this store for their fine staff.

We purchased granite countertops and the store associate Linda was very helpful. We also found some tiles that we loved with a good price and will be purchasing in a few weeks. Great store!

Store was filthy. Was not acknowledged by associates. No one offered to help us load our lumber. One cashier working and 2 other associates leaning on podium. Cannot wait until Menard's opens so I can cut up my home depot card and shop at Menards!!!!!

Young lady who helped me in paints and stains department was very knowledgeable and helped out very much.

Some store associates very helpful, others not so much. Not well laid out floor plan, too much stuff in the aisles, no checkout in garden.

new what I wanted ask assistant location and received help immediately proceeded to check out and was in and out of the store within 10 minutes

i bought stuff. told i cant go down some ales when other workers and customers are ales

In the past I have been disappointed with both the availability and knowledge of the staff. They were right on today! In and out in less than an hour with a $3000.00 order. Pro desk very helpful!

I received assistance from Jennifer JBH4179. She helped me determine if the Dewalt Miter saw that I was going to purchase included a saw blade or not. She also walked me to her register and proceeded to ring my purchase in a very friendly, efficient manner. She wore a smile during our entire interaction. Thank you Jennifer

Needed help with choosing paint. Associate was available and very helpful. Gave me good recommendations. Checkout was a breeze and the cashier was very nice. Highly recommended!

This Home Depot is very well organized and kept clean and tidy. The associates here are one of the best I've ever shopped in. They are friendly and helpful and professional.

When ever I shop there it is a very good experience, always have what I need and great product availability. If I need help the Associates are very helpful and great folks to be around.

Crystal the Cashier was amazing!!! While new to the Home Depot family she did amazingly well. Her Customer Service skills and natural ability to smile and be kind are outstanding!! I teach CS in the Gillette area and Crystal would an example of how it is done. Thank you!!!! for a great shopping trip!

Store is clean, well organized.All products are east to find.So many products that I enjoy walking around looking at everything.A very relaxed feeling.but help is readily available if needed.fun to visit

I was very dissapointed to see that they had "Pro" parking spots within feet of the door and their Handicapped parking is out in the middle of the parking lot. Their "Pro" customers also have their own express checkout. Just to be clear, I qualify as a "Pro" customer, but I think it is more important for their handicapped customers to be closer to the door than their prefered customers. I will not shop at Home Depot unless I can't find an item anywhere else.

I always find what i need here. Prices and selection are good. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I'm going to continue getting my hardware, garden, and lumber needs at this store.

even though the rest rooms were closed due to remodeling, outside facilities of a caliber and cleanliness i have never before encountered , were wonderfully provided. indicates the customer service commitment better than anything else could have.

I bought 8 gallons of different colors for my new house and the paint associate had them ready in less than 20 minutes. It was a great experience and the Colors were as planned.

Great service from Erin..very nice helpful and funny..Melissa was helpful also.. is so nice when you can get someone to pay attention to you and take the time to want to help and not just say I'm not sure ..but put forth effort to help you..nice to see and will ask for her often.. your employees should take a look at her efforts and try like her..thank s erin

I needed a particular item that our local store didnt carry. Penny and Rowland went above and beyond trying to locate my items I needed as well as helping me pay for them so that when I drive to Denver my items will be ready and waiting! Couldn't have had a better experience!

Customer service was awful!!! We had to lift and load our lumber ourselves!! And it is Home Depot policy that they are to lift and load lumber for you. The associates run when they see you start to approach them for help. They have no knowledge of the products. They are lazy and rude!!
