I came in to get fence panels went and talked to hunter and he was the most polite and nicest gentleman ever he went above and beyond to help me find fence panels and put them in my trailer God bless him and James the manager and Barb the front supervisor I will be shopping at the store a lot this is what home depot means

You may walk through the whole store without needing any help. The only interaction that you might have would be with the cashier. This role is extremely important and it seemed like the cashier knew that I would drive out of my way to this location.

The only reason I was in HD was because HD was supposed to deliver a washer to my home and cancelled at the last minute So I had to spend an extra $100 to by stuff to fix my old washer so that we could wash our clothes until the new washer arrived and I still don’t know when that will be!

Mr. Leslie (Hardware), Natalie (Milwaukee Store Rep), Chenniah (Plumbing), Heather (front end) all do a TREMENDOUS job with a can-do, service first attitude and approach to the work they do everyday by helping guests and regulars!! They not only provide guidance but do it in such a CARING way that is makes you feel like you are at home! They ALL should receive a PAY RAISE for the high level of service they provide (and NOT just to me). They are exemplary HD employees but even GREATER people! I am thankful that this Home Depot has such amazing people like them who make each and EVERY experience wonderufl! They are truly remarkable people and Home Depot is extremely fortunate to have each of them!

Worked with Mitch in Millwork for a new Front Door and he was amazing. Created a whole new front door with side lights and transom based on our measurements without any issues. Smooth sailing.

We could not find anything. Three different times I asked employees where 3 different items were and no one had a clue. On the 4th ti.e another employees was walk8ng by and overheard my question. I am glad he walked by then because the forth person did not have an answer to my question either. Whatever happened to the days employees knew where things were? A very fustrating visit!

Form the entrance of the door & asking stone staff for directions everything was good customer service even to pro check out . Thank you for the great customer service

this Home Depot has its own parking and being shared with other business. The size of this HD has a lot of stock. My go to HD store. Stress free

It is always difficult to find and get people to help you

I shop at several Depots in my area and Glen Burnie is my favorite, usually best stocked, friendly staff and convenient parking.

My company has been dealing with Home Depot for years. Now that I’m retired I have tried to get a part time job at the Glen Burnie store for a year. My sons are running the business now. I know all most everything in the store ( years of shopping)

I shop here for the fact of having someone ready to give me help. I'm 75 can't always find what I need so not having to search the store is a major plus 👌

I needed 4 large automotive batteries. After searching the web, it turned out Home Depot was the least expensive. Their website said they had 3 in stock; they actually had 4, which was great

This Home Depot is our favorite of all the local stores. The staff, especially the manager, is very helpful, considerate, and respectful. We recommend this location to anyone with home remodeling or improvement needs in the Glen Burnie/Pasadena, MD area.

I went to this Glen Burnie store wanting to purchase a plastic shower rod cover their website said was in stock. An older male employee asked if he could help me and I asked about this item. When I couldn’t find it where he directed me he started looking. He even got a ladder to check upper shelves. He could not find it. I thanked him and went to checkout. As I was finishing checking out he rushed to me with a rod cover for me. He kept looking after I left him. I sure appreciate his extra effort. This is not common in retail today and he should be commended for going above and beyond for a customer.

The Home Depot on Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie. Great location, supplies in stock, store clean, employee was excellent in helping me make a decision

I was very happy placing by order and having it schedule to be delivered the next day. I placed my order during my break.

We were there early and picked out the best one for our family and we were done before 7:30

Bought fluorescent light bulbs ( 8ft and 4 ft)and was very disappointed when I arrived home to find that one of the 8ft bulbs was busted and a 4 ft bulb had a broken pin.

As most people know anytime you're in a home Depot trying to find someone to help is near impossible or if you do find someone they just run and hide

I typically shop at a Home Depot closer to my home, but when I was picking up an order at this location I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care given to me in the order pickup area. The team was so nice and helpful. I may go to this Home Depot just because of the staff.

When asking where to find things, don’t depend on staff to know.

We have been customers of Glen Burnie Maryland store since 13 years ago when we moved to Maryland from the West Coast. It is a pretty nice Home Depot, not Perfect, but mostly good. Especially the Assistant Manager, Mr. TRENT who is a prefect knowledgeable, professional, polite, patience, and extremely helpful and perfectly selling Home Depot employee. We have been remodeling our kitchen and have bought all of our appliances, equipment, paint, etc from this Home Depot. Also, the older white gentleman named John, with ID #: JPS7SA is the most PERFECT associate at this and all of the Home Depot stores that we have ever been to. John was the one who sold us all of the appliances, backsplash, countertops, Sink set and everything else for our remodeling with his great knowledge and professionalism and hecis a real GREAT Sales person who sells himself first to sell great for home depot and customers like us come bakc just because of people like Mr. John and Mr. Trent! Also, Michael and Petere at appliances were very helpful. The only downside of this Home Depot is the chubby unfriendly African American lady who is not flexible with loyal and polite customers like us, and she might give cold feet to some customers to come back and shop. The people in the garden center were extremely helpful with finding all of the items I was looking for.

When I went in to buy a new oscillating saw. I was asked if II needed help. And said yes. He gentleman that helped me his name was Chris. He helped me quite a bit even telling me about the battery that goes with it. As the tool was tool only. He told me about awesome batteries they had that would work with it compared to the 2 amp battery he suggested the 4 amp battery which means more power and less changing out the battery pack to put it on charge.
