I bought wire for my rabbit cages and all kinds of stuff. I can’t remember I bought so many things they always have what I want.

I by all my house jobs things from you but not enough of my stain semi transparent paint have to keep coming back

Terrible lighting and horrible organization of parts. Lots of items out of place.

I tried to buy a washer and dryer twice and could not find help. Just a few years ago Home Depot was well staffed with professional sales associates who often worked in the field of the section they were working. Now the professionals have been replaced with lower cost younger associates who do not have the knowledge of the products they sell. However I could not even find any associate at all in appliances. I went to the front desk and that was vacant. I left. I went in fully intending to buy a GE profile washer / dryer set.

The Glen Burnie store is not the closest to me but is my go-to Home Depot. They seem to have what I am looking for stock. And usually, there is plenty of staff. On my last visit I needed air filters and the store had a variety of choices, and they had a special pricing.

Went with my wife to pick up a 1/3 hp sump pump on 8/5. The only ones they had were in the overhead because no one stocked the shelves. We went to 3 employees to have them send someone from plumbing to get one down for us. After 30 mins of waiting and absolute frustration I was forced to down another 94.00 to buy a 1/2 hp that was version the shelf that I didn’t want. Just an absolute joke to a loyal customer. My wife wanted to fight to have them sell us the one we were forced to take for the same price of the one we wanted that was up in the overhead. I said I’ll just cancel my card. Why am I loyal to a store that can’t take 5 min to help when I need it.

I don’t see what the point of filling out the survey is since when you get to the end, it will not let you continue unless you check the box that says that you are not interested in the sweepstakes. I was very much interested, but it would not let me, continue without checking the box stating that I am not interested in the sweepstakes.

I've been to this store several times for various projects. The store is always well stocked and clean. Their carts are maintained. Their check out lines are rarely backed up. And the staff is phenomenal. In particular, every time I've come to this store Mr Chris has consistently been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He always goes up and being to help me figure out just the item I need to get the job done.

I appreciate the attendant going beyond the call of duty to assist me with getting an increase in my credit limit.

This guy “Brian” asked if he could help me. Thank goodness he did! I really needed the help! I was in the wrong isle, and I was looking for the wrong products for my project! Brian stuck with me and showed me everything I needed and my project has turned out beautifully! If I had done it “my” way, it would have failed! I’m so grateful that the Home Depot team encourages their team members to engage the customers and to be so helpful! I’ve never ever had a bed experience here, and now that I know this guy Brian, I’ll always seek him out for help in the future! He was awesome!

On 9/3 about an hour before the store was closing I entered in to purchase a refrigerator and was greeted by a young man named Peter. He was awesome in assisting me and getting checked out In timely matter.

James, manager was especially helpful with an exchange of a grill.

Not only are the employees GREAT, but your Management is GREAT too !!!

I highly recommend Laura Schneider. She proved very knowledgeable about kitchen design, cabinetry and appliances.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience purchasing three major appliances recently. Although we were planning to purchase regardless of the sales associate we will return to this store and to Home Depot due to the customer service we received from Peter. One person really can make a difference!

I called home depot ahead to speak with hardware and Joyce was in hardware. I explained to her I need a new keyed entry lock. She stated to come down and she will be able to help me with the style and tumbler. She stated to look for her in Aisle #9, and when I arrived there she was in aisle #9. She helped me and explained everything to me and the style Schlage door entry I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and professional. She went out of her way to make sure I had the information and how to. Thanks Joyce!

Always go to THIS store..

I purchased $1100 of building materials for a deck and scheduled with the store employee for delivery for today and if the date was not available I don't know why it was offered and scheduled. No one from the store called to say there was a problem with the delivery, I just got a text message stating they rescheduled it to next week, without even checking to see if that worked for me.

I visited this store for my new kitchen remodel was greeted by Angie and Wanda their smiling faces are the best they both pointed me in the right direction everytime I needed help finding something the employees are right there to help me best experience ever Thank you for great service

Peter L. and the paint lady who has been with the company for over 20 yrs. are wonderful kind and very helpful. The front desk help need to find another job. Don't go to them and ask where something is. Zero product knowledge. Employee Cell phones should not be allowed at the information desks. I felt like I was interrupting them.

Great help in paint dept. But rude treatment from cashier when it is discovered that prices at checkout are significantly higher than what is posted throughout the store. She didn't want to be bothered and so just rudely stated that the prices have just gone up.

every time i shop here the employees are super helpful, they show interest when asking for help. wish more stores had employees like the Glen Burnie Store!!

I BOUGHT A DRYER VENT KIT AND MY OLD ONE WAS A SCREW ON AND THATS IT TYPE. THE ONE I BOUGHT FROM HOME DEPOT THE OTHE DAY HAS A LIFTABLE CLEAN OUT THAT SNAPS SHUT SO YOU DDONT HAVE TO UNSCREW IT TO CLEAN OUT EXCESS LINT BUILDUP.

Matt in lumber was very helpful in getting the 2x4x8 cut to the proper size. He also went above and beyond to assist in cutting drywall down to size that would fit into my vehicle, in addition to the appropriate size that I needed for a project.

I purchased a bathroom vanity, counter top, bath accessories and toilet which was scheduled for delivery the next day. The delivery was canceled without notice or a truthful reason. I was told multiple versions of what happen and no one could get their stories straight. Home Depot still had time to correct the problem, but did not deliver my items. I paid extra to have the items delivered at a particular time. The fake delivery occurred before my scheduled deliver time with no call or text. Since Home Depot did not want to work with me to make this right. I canceled the order and went to their competitor and had a positive experience and did not have to pay for the delivery of the items (they deliver for free). Please take some lessons from your competitor's rule book as how to handle your customers and delivery management.

I ordered a rug and a dining set online. I came to this location to return the rug due to the size. The cashier accidentally returned my dining set instead of the rug. So I had to return to the store. Once there, the same cashier return the rug but, stated I had to wait for a manager to void the return of my dining set. I waited for about 20 or more minutes and still no manger in site. The cashier called several times, announced it on the loud speaker, and someone even went to go look for them. Managers should come when employees call and if they can’t they need to communicate that. The head cashier had to complete the transaction. This whole experience was unacceptable!!!

I was told someone would call 24/48 hours to set the measurement appointment. Tomorrow will be a week and have not heard anything.
