As I was walking down the isle , Rob D greeted me and asked me if he could help me find anything . He also went the extra mile to greet my 2 small children. He helped me find everything on my list, thanks to Rob D, I was In and out in 20min. His friendliness and helpfulness made my day. His customer service skills go above and beyond any employee I've ever meet! Thank you Rob D! You now have a lifetime loyal customer because of this employee

The Glen Burnie Home Depot is a very good one to shop at,for the following reasons: It's a very good location (easy to find),the staff are very helpful and friendly, there product selection is vast and easy to locate,parking is pretty convieniante.

Lori was very pleasant at checkout. I could have used help when pulling out 8 sheets of 4'x8' of R-max.

Paint department is awesome, and Behr Marquee paint is awesome

Home depot always has someone to help you. Other stores you have to wander around the store looking for someone to assist you.

Item not in store. Saw it on line @ that location a couple of weeks earlier listed at the Glen Burnie location. Checked when I got home and found it at several Home Depot stores. Assistance was great and associates were very helpful!

I just filled out a Home Depot survey using a receipt but it didn't ask about the cashier. Receipt User ID: H89 125866 123376 Password: 17062 123365 The cashier, Barbara, was very pleasant and asked me if I had a Home Depot credit card and offered to sign me up for one. She was closing when I entered her line and she took care of me with a smile on her face!

Easy to find item I was looking for - isles clearly marked. Friendly employees

This store always seems to have the items I need and very rarely do I have to order it and have it shipped. The staff here is also top notch, especially Hardware Chuck and Jessica the cashier. They both helped me out immensely today.

We were in the lumber area loading our trolley and an assitant stopped to help us load it without us asking.

This location is said to be the big location but sometimes it is very difficult to find items because they will tell you they have them but when you arrive NONE can be found even when an employee checks the item and tells you over 20 should be in store.. best advice if you really need something, Call and get them to hand verify the really have it before wasting a trip to the location and leave without what you need. This seems to be trend because i have had this happen a few times in 2016.

Always have a positive experience in this store - whether it is ordering products, or just trying to find something on the shelves. Great group of people to do business with.

I went to multiple home depot's on black Friday, they all told me that I would miss out on the flexvolt Deal because they were all gone the contracting store manager here Lisa on ordnance Rd told me that's not true and helped me with my purchase she called me with updates etc and was very helpful because my job is very demanding. Very helpful!

The customer service at this Home Depot is what keeps me coming back. All of the associates are always eager to please, and make me feel welcome, and appreciated. The killer prices help too! If you are in need of a restoration in your faith in humanity, check out this Home Depot location!

I was able to find eveything I needed, even if it took me a few times to buy everything. While I was in, the sales person walked with me, helping me find everything on my list. She was very knowlegdable in the where things were.

There is a noticeable change in this store. There are more friendly employees around the store very willing to help shoppers. It used to be like this years ago, before the staff reductions when HD tried to squeeze more profit by cutting employees, and now it is back to the way I like it.

The employees are friendly and helpful and its easy to find the products I need.

The associate at the paint desk was very helpful and I will return for other purchases at this store because of their assistance, kindness and knowledge of products. The store was clean and neat. Customer service was also very nice as well as the person helping at the self check out.

We saw no fewer than 12 employees, but only 1 offered to help us find what we were looking for. When we asked for help in the paint department because we couldn't find something., the employee was way too busy talking to other employees and was rude when we interrupted and asked . . . come to find out the reason we couldn't find the item was it was blocked by a display in the isle and a HUGE ladder sitting in front of it! Only 1 full service register open with a huge line . . . horrible customer service.

Everything you would want and expect from a store. Price, selection, staff were all pleasing.

1. difficult to find an associate. 2. only one of the two trainee cashiers was helpful/friendly. 3. basically out of stock - chain link fence gates. ( the one on shelf seemed damaged ) 4. only select items qualify for veteran/military discounts.
