I went in and found a lovely plant that I wanted. It was the last one and it didn’t have a bar code. The employee at the check out tried her best to resolve the issue. With no luck, she called Breanna, store manager, and I received the plant for free since the price was unable to found. I appreciated the no haggle, friendly service!!

This store is very consistent, well stocked, and organized. I like the location and the staff is always willing to help.

Golden Home Depot is the best. Especially Gary and Moe at the Pro Deck

I ordered a curb pickup. The HD app would not let me tell you I was there. It just kept going in a loop telling me to log in, then to download the app which I already was using. Then repeated itself for fifteen minutes.

We purchased Trex flooring and clips at this Home Depot in Golden. The salesperson who assisted us was phenomenal.

I bought kitchen cabinets and the order fulfillment from online order placement to delivery was very quick and professionally done.

There is always someone available to help me if I have questions. I appreciate that a lot. My shopping experience would be so much more comfortable if dogs weren’t allowed in the store.

I bought an 8 feet long, 1X8, red oak, plain sawed board for my project. It had the right amount of pattern.

Sam was a great help with my questions about an electrical issue I am having.

Inquired about price of sod that was on its last leg (IE Dry). Ron and Dexter asked another HD Employee. I was able to get a half pallet of sod for free due to it being dried out . They really went above and beyond for me !

Maria Moxley is a great person and employee. She had a smile on her face and was helping two customers. She helped me find a couple of products and helped me check out. Thank you Maria for making my shopping experience absolutely great! Clint

After purchasing garden items on my third trip to the store in the past week, I noticed carts full of healthy flowers that were going to be thrown away. When I inquired about them, I was told by the sales clerk, they were to be taken to the trash. I am still sick to my stomach at the thought of such waste, especially in a time when there are so many people who can’t afford plants. When I followed up with the “manager” Tina about donating them, she said there was nothing she could do and hung up. I will not be returning to this store or any other Home Depot in the future and will instead give my company’s business to our local stores and vendors.

The young lady working in the Lumber Department Carry. Was on her way to lunch she stopped and helped myself in another customer She went beyond and above her duty to go out of her way to help us I really appreciate her.

I was remodeling my kitchen with a new backspash and Domenic and Bruce knew everything about tiles. They helped me out so much. They both went over and beyond to get me the correct materials I needed to remodel my kitchen.

I love going into this HD and everyone is so friendly. Thank you

Only 1 Employee in the store can rekey a lock and he was about to get off work but he felt sorry for me as I was in a walking cast after a surgery 3 days proir. 2 other Home Depots I also visited had NO ONE available to rekey when I visited them earlier in the day. Poor, poor, poor customer service. TRAIN MORE PEOPLE TO DO THIS SIMPLE TASK!

Waited 30 minutes to get paint because I was told they were on their break.

Marie, and employee on the Customer Service desk at the Golden, CO store went above and beyond the ordinary in helping me resolve an issue where I had left the store without an item I had paid for. I didn't miss it until I was home, and when I came back, Marie helped me locate it, saving me a lot of trouble, especially since I had bought the last one in the store and might not have been able to just buy another one. 5 stars for Marie!

Home Depot’s employees exemplify their commitment to customer service. While deciding on selection of a Ryobi weed trimmer, the Ryobi vendor happened to be there in the aisle. He answered my questions and made the decision easier. During that conversation, a store employee came by and offered directions to my question about zip ties. That’s why Home Depot is my go-to store for selection,service and value.

I shop at almost every single Home Depot in Colorado and the store in Gokden is hands down my favorite store to shop in.

After shopping in the store and headed to checkout Becky greeted me with a smile and a wonderful conversation while checking me out. Thank you for a great experience. This is definitely one of my favorite stores.

The Pro Desk blew me away at how knowledgeable and helpful they were.

I shop at this store multiple times a week and every time I have had a friendly experience. It is always well stocked and organized, especially in the parts and hardware department. The cleanliness from back to front astonishes me every time.

The cashier today was kind and considerate of my feelings -which at the time were not the greatest. I appreciated it greatly. Life gets busy and it was nice to have a stranger care.

Pauline is an employee that any company should be glad to have. Helping customers, cleaning her area and available to help with an awesome attitude and gives honest opinion about the products.

I had to do a large return due to manufacture defect. Staff and store manager went above and beyond, highly recommend it!
