The assistance I received from Valerie, and Terry on a issue will DEFINETLY get me to return to the Golden Home Depot. They both did an excellent JOB, should receive recognition!!

We drive past other home improvement stores and other Home Depots in the Denver area to shop at this location. The parts are better organized than anywhere else that we have shopped at in the Denver area, and the staff is super friendly which is a great bonus! We seem to always be able to find what we need and if not, the staff helps us to find items on the rare occasion when we can't find them ourselves. The store is very clean and the associates are the top of their class.

A GREAT shopping experience. Helpful employees, plenty of inventory and cheerful checkout people. Store floors were clean and free of debris.

The store is clean, employees kindly and helpful. Products I needed I found easily. Employees are asking direct if I need help to find products. The best place to shopping.

The paint associates where great i had questions on paint all my answers where answered and the associates where helpfull joanna checked me out she was efficient and fast Noah helped me with questions on mouse traps and head cashier danielle was great and attentive hmthe golden home depot and its employees are wonderfull

The store was clean and easy to find. Employee were friendly and willing to help to find, what I was looking for.

So I went to check out, and Mr Tucker decided to pull my cart away from me which was odd to me but ok maybe hes being nice then he ask me what im doing. I said checking out at number 9 this is 9 correct. Then proceeded to pick things out of my cart and ask me is this yours is this yours. By this point im already upset/angry. Then he kept asking me what am im I doing with this??? Im paying for it duh. Then he didn't put anything in a bag . He also ripped my receipt, because it had a survey on it. Lucky there was a manager around Noah who helped me out printed off a real receipt, people like him ruin my experience at home Depot I've been going to home Depot my whole life, it's the store my family goes for good stuff and excellent customer service. Im not sure I'll go back anymore to any home Depot. Might have to switch out the orange for the blue. Some punk youngsters that have no respect for people spending there money here. Was only rude to me, treated the next group of people with respect, but they was upset how I was treated. While waiting for manager saw another cashier with a hat on backwards. This is a place of work for you not to be some wanna be gangster . Put your hat on right pull up your pants. .

NICE ORGANIZED STORE

Everyone at this store has been wonderful to work with during my remodel. John Velte has been a tremendous help and given me great advice regarding choosing new Bali blinds for my townhome. I ordered blinds for 23 windows, and he spent quite a bit of time with me going over each one on the order to make sure it was correct before placing the order and paying for it. He is very professional and friendly.

Really poor pro desk

Each time I visit this store I am met by a greeter who by some miraculous feat of memory can tell me the aisle number and location of the product I am looking for. this last time a young man in wheelchair with a service dog new EXACTLY where my item was located. AMAZING memory. Even with myh bad memory I won't forget him, happy, helpful, courteous and professional. Have been shopping there since opening and have NEVER had a bad experience and rarely do I find what I need is out of stock. Congratulate the Manger and the whole team. WODERFUL! Stan

Excellent, courteous, and quick service

The store employees are friendly and out going. They always offer to help find items. The floors are clean and neat and this store is an inviting place to shop.

Great people, most willing to help and knowledgeable; but so often, NO live cashiers, ALL checkout lines are CLOSED. You must do self-checkout even with larger purchases that must be hand scanned.

I love this store.. I'm giving it a 1 star tho because a Cashier Named SHERRI today was very rude and put her hands on my face and was bad mouthing other employees..

The staff at the Golden Home Depot is great; from the greeters to the paint department, and appliance sales staff, everyone is helpful and willing to go the extra mile in order to take care of you. The store is among the smaller Home Depot locations that I've visited, but they still have just about everything I've ever needed.

I find all products, I was looking. Employees was friendly and helpful. The store was clean.

I went in to buy a microwave oven. The appliance specialist I worked with Von Lee. He was professional, friendly, quick, helpful and generally nice to work with. I was out of the store in less than 20 minutes with my purchase complete. The folks in this store are always helpful.

Ron was super helpful. He patiently explained to me how to use the carpet cleaner I rented.

i went to the store to obtain a shovel and ice melt. However, because of the sales associate, Noah, who was attentive to my needs ended up obtaining a credit card, and a couple of other small items. He was polite and informative and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. One might have thought I was remodeling my home. The store was clean and well organized. A great little shopping experience.

Great store and great location! This store has everything you would expect from a Home Depot! Located just off West Colfax Avenue, near the junction of U.S. 6 and Interstate 70 in Golden, Colorado. I highly recommend this store!

The store is well stocked and has well trained staff, love the paint staff!

Great place and have had several outstanding sales clerks that have helped find what I was looking for and saved me mo ey as well.
