Employees are almost always to answer questions on the products available. Good prices and quality.

This store is always clean, well stocked, and the workers are friendly.

I bought a wheel barrow for my son-in-law for his birthday. Haven’t given it to him yet but I know if he doesn’t like it Home Depot will have no problem returning it. I love our Grafton Store.

I just closed on a house and went to Home Depot for all my needs. There are a lot of DIY projects I’m undertaking and Kevin in the paint area went above and beyond explaining what supplies I needed, where to find various things and even gave me some pro tips. Super helpful! Make sure you talk to him.

This is my go-to store for any hardware or home improvement needs. My most recent purchase was materials to build a deck. Ross at the Pro desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and ordered everything for me.

Had to go through every aile to find what I needed because associate didn't know where it was at. But we finally found what I was looking for.

My new washing machine was delivered today but the so called installer couldn't do it because the water lines are behind the utility sink. Now I have to hire my own installer!

I didn't buy what I was looking for but added a few plants.

Am 79 year old female and overwhelmed by almost all products sold in Home Depot. That's just me. Was helped by about 5 different employees in different areas including fromt desk where wonderful girl placed $735 order for metal floor board heaters and thermostats. As I'm redoing my son's condo was helped in many different departments. Had much help purchasing an odd sized medicine cabinet (old condo). Will be back to purchase bathroom vanity and air conditioners. Just need to take measurements. Can't believe all I I accomplished in 1 1/2 hour. Such knowledgeable, patient employees. Thank you Home Depot.

Mariah at the paint desk was so helpful. Brianna at the front end was so patient. Eric was very knowledgable with all of my questions.

This store is really hit or miss as far as customer service goes. You have to get lucky to find a patient worker. Sometimes I'd rather go to a smaller store for this reason.

Isiah at the Grafton Pro Desk provided ongoing help as we worked on a decking project. From the very first order throughout various additions and returns he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough about his outstanding customer service. Ross and other employees of the Pro Desk were also great in helping as well. At one point the Assistant Manager, Vicki helped with a delivery and return issue and she was also wonderful spending time with us on the floor until all had been completed. As we made several trips to the store we were continually greeted by employees and assistance offered. Our deck is finally done and looks great! Thank you Grafton Home Depot.

The kind employee's told me if I go in and pay. They will load my mulch. Thank you, I recently injured my foot and was struggling a bit.

Yeesh, the employees here could care less. Took me two trips and almost two hours to get my online order.

We bought, on-line 3 ceiling fans two months ago. The guy that was going to install them could only install one of them. We were able to return the other 2 without any problems at all. They were both still in the unopened boxes. I bought them all with gift cards, so got store credit on the returns. We then picked up a new microwave oven, which we needed, and still have some left on our credit, which we will easily be able to use for whatever else comes up. Love Home Depot, they have just about everything you need to keep your house going!

I'd love to say that this store is excellent. There have been times that I am very happy with the staff and help that I receive. I've had people help me by finding things, getting things from inventory, and even making suggestions to help me out with projects. On the other hand, I've had other situations where employees have simply passed the buck to other departments, not known their products at all or their inventory, or downright refused to look for things and tell me they don't have them, only for me to find the products that they say they didn't have. I've had people go to extra lengths to help me load things in vehicles, and I've also had people stand their while I stuggle to load things in vehicles. In stores like this, with turnover and people with little to no experience or hardware and building materials knowledge, it's going to be hit or miss. To be completely honest, when I actually need the staff for something, there have probably been more negative experiences that positive ones, but, I would say that is pretty standard for going anywhere in public today. I give this store 3 stars which is Average, but I would still recommend Home Depot to a friend for pricing, selection, and convenience.

Almost always willing to answer questions and help one find the correct product

I would like to share my very wonderful experience and visit I had today at your Grafton, WI store. To make a long story short, my old Kenmore refrigerator gave out on me. To solve this problem, I visited several stores searching for a proven and reliable brand refrigerator to replace it. This initial search early this week resulted in disappointment and a big dose of agony for me mainly because of the prolonged delivery time needed to get the product. Finally, after visiting several different stores which provided little to no satisfaction, I decided to check out Home Depot in Grafton, bang, jackpot. In Grafton, I was assisted by Tim Sullivan (and it was my lucky day!). He is wonderfully knowledgeable in his area and he took the time the answer all of my questions and concerns with know-how and joy. I have always admired those who have very good expertise in their area of employment as well as a passion for their work, but who also know how to connect with others. All of these traits and characteristics, Tim exhibited. He displayed a genuine interest in my concerns and finding the right fit for what I needed. I very much liked and appreciated that. He did all of these things with a genuine concern and a tinge of humor. It was a great visit and of course we found a good refrigerator for me. I went to Home Depot kind of down and discouraged, but I left very much uplifted and in a good mood because my problem had been solved. Therefore, if you have an Employee of the Month or an Employee of the Year recognition and appreciation award, then I would like to recommend Mr. Sullivan for that award. The employees aren't all fantastic but I think in today's world to go to a retail store and be able to get help more times than not gets 5 stars.

I find the Grafton Home Depot to be a convenient and friendly location. I have been a regular local customer of this location for over 12 years and have had mostly good experiences there.

We were looking for gutter warming strips and I had them pulled up on the Home Depot app. I simply walked up to an employee and he not only knew the aisle number but literally told us the exact location on the shelf. On the way there no less than two other employees asked if they could help. Makes shopping fun for a guy who hates shopping!
