I cancelled an online order as delivery was delayed 21 days…14 after cancelling order no one could figure out how to credit HD card for purchase. It required me to drive 45 mins one way to get HD card credited at store. Unbelievable!!!

Store is clean and employees are helpful.

The customer service i got from a An employee at your entrance was great. He greeted.me quickly, seemed sincerely interested in helping me. When I asked to be told/shown where a product was stocked, he gave me a clear response. Too bad his knowledge of the product was not complete. More training will give you a great representative of your company.

Not sure why, but most all tools are locked up and finding help isn’t easy!

The employees at Greensboro Georgia Home Depot, are very helpful knowledgeable, and friendly.

Hiring or scheduling associates to fill the departments daily would be nice. There are a lot of times when no one is scheduled for a shift or day.

She was very knowledgeable and gave me printed information that I could take home . When I came back to purchase the appliances, she continued to Beverly helpful and efficiently processed my sale.

If you enjoy browsing through countless aisles looking past thousands of items on your own to find what you need, I strongly recommend that you visit the Greensboro Home Depot.

When our over-the-stove microwave quit after 20 years, we set out to purchase a new one, concerned it would be a nightmare experience to find what we wanted that would fit the space. Sharon Humphrey in the Appliance Dept of Home Depot made it soooo easy. She is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and was beyond anything we could have hoped for in assisting us with a proper purchase. When we go back to Home Depot, and we will go back, we hope to find someone like her in whatever department we shop.

Bought a lock to replace one a handy man destroyed

What makes this location stand out from other stores and locations is there is a core group of employees that have been there for a while now. They are knowledgeable, no nonsense, very helpful, and because they have been there for a while, it instills confidence in us contractors. As a contractor that starts every day at Home Depot loading up for the day, it is so important that the experience is smooth. It literally sets the tone for the rest of my day. The Greensboro Home Depot has amazing employees that I actually look forward to seeing every morning and working with. It truly means a lot that they have been there for some time. Employee retention says a lot about the employees, as well as the store it self. Greensboro is a great Home Depot location. Praying they keep it up.

Home Depot garden department in Greensboro GA has some of the most friendly and courteous personnel. I am so impressed with their helpfulness.

This is the "worse" HD I have shopped in. I only go there because it is close. The employees seem to have no training, they cannot answer basic product questions and I noticed that many of the employees in the "orange vests" are engaged in conversations with other employees; laughing & joking around. They seem poorly educated and afraid to engage customers. Wish I had another HD to do my shopping.

I have shopped H-D since the first store opened in Doraville, GA in the 70's. The employees at H-D Greensboro, GA are the best I've seen yet. Southern hospitality in a rural setting, doesn't get much better that that.

Would have been a five, but parking lot lights are out and in my opinion it is a safety issue.

We walked into the appliance area and Sharon greeted us. She was on the phone with a customer and came over to us when she was finished. We knew what we wanted but had a lot of questions. She answered every question, offered options and let us decide. Sharon was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. One of the best big-box experiences we have had in the last 10 years. We purchased appliances at the Greensboro Home Depot recently. Was only looking at DishWashers, but due to the great customer service in the appliance department we purchased all four!

Bought online for new home - love the color and size of product, fits perfectly in our pantry! Tim helped me load and was super helpful as we had to secure in the upright position. just moved to Greensboro -- love my new store and team!!!

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are always great. They are always willing to help and always very nice. It's very refreshing when I sometimes feel like an inconvenience at other places.

Found all that I needed to finish my project. These products were out of stock for several days at the builders supply in our town.

Terrible customer service. No one interested in helping you out to find what you are looking for.

I buy plants almost every time I visit when in season. I love my home garden. And often need to expand the borders soon my return from the depot.

It appears that the staff at the Greensboro store have been getting much younger, and have lacked the experience in the departments they work in. However, the paint department always does a great job for us. (Amanda especially)
