Serenity the head casher is really trying to get the staff to be more helpful and responsive. And most of the staff makes you feel like they want to help you.

Dillion in the lumber department was a great help to me and answered all my questions.

I visit this location quite literally an average of once a day. Staff are friendly and with a little respect toward them, they go very far in trying to help me with our material orders and check out.

Came in tonight to get a grill - only I assembled option was in overhead storage. Store associate got the lift and brought down without issue then escorted me to check out and to the parking lot to help load into my vehicle. Great follow through!

What's with the outrageous price for a plastic gas can?

Great store the employees are engaged, available to help, and always have a great attitude. Today I was especially impressed by a woman named Serenity, she was a brilliant multitasker and saleswoman who provided me with top notch customer service. Really grateful to have this team at my local Home Depot.

STORE WAS CLEAN AND STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY

The employee who helped my at the Customer Service counter was very helpful and made sure to go the extra mile to get the product that I wanted and make sure that it was assembled and delivered for me. The delivery employee also went above and beyond in helping me get this grill on my deck and ready to go! He had to remove a few pieces of the grill and the door jam and reassemble them in order to accomplish this and was happy to help in everyway! He was very professional and friendly and helpful! Our experience with these employees made our shopping trip at Home Depot very enjoyable. In this time of shortage of employees almost anywhere you go, it is so refreshing to see that there are employees that enjoy helping their customers in any way that they can! Thanks to both of these employees!

At The Home Depot in Greensboro Ga. the customer service is great. The employees are attentive and usually available to help with your every need. Regina in flooring is a well of information. My grandson and I took a backsplash class with her on one occasion, which was very good. She has patience and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I would recommend Home Depot in Greensboro, Ga. every time.

The clerks (5 of them) were rude and not willing to assist. It was 7:30pm and the store was closing at 8:00pm and were EXTREMELY irritated that I was there.They just wanted to go home....and it showed!!

I visit this store often as it's closest to my mom's house. Every time I've visited the staff has been courteous and engaging from the front door to the exit. They're always willing to help even if it isn't they're department. As I'm restoring my mom's house I've visited a lot of Home Improvement stores and this one truly is helpful when dealing with a novice.

Store is clean and always have items in stock, only thing they need to have every employee know their store so if a customer needs assistance they can show them where to go.

The store was clean but products every where kinda makes it hard to find what you are looking for, on some days employees don't know what you ask them about nor don't want to assist you to finding the product, but other days they are very helpful.
