I was in search of annuals for my garden. This Home Depot was my first stop. And, my only stop. They had exactly what I wanted and the price was great!

It was dark, it was late, it was raining. I had a huge air conditioner on a cart that I dragged on myself. When I got to the parking lot, I was thinking to myself how in the heck am I going to get this in my car? A young gentleman was getting carts. He stopped what he was doing and helped me. I do not know his name, as it was dark and raining. No questions asked, just came and helped me, I was soooo thankful. I may still be standing there if it wasn't for him.

It was like pulling teeth to buy a washer and dryer Just told me to look and pick another set that would fit He did not want to work, move , or help until I almost forced him to

I really love how organized and clean the Greensburg store is. It is very easy to navigate through and the products are almost always in the right place.

Went to the store to order on line and open up a credit card it was so easy and a friendly and knowledgeable clerk. Wonderful service!

I was purchasing dark brown rubber mulch. This location was well stocked. Great price and good quality. Highly recommend!

Beth at Paint Desk helped me get the right paint & the right tinted color. Not a huge sale, but she cared about my project.

A young man by the name of Sebastian. Helped me pick out all the shelving, I needed and then onto hardware. David was excellent. He helped me find the right screws, the right anchors, and the correct brackets... These two gentlemen, Sebastian and David, are unbelievable representatives of Home Depot.Their customer service was excellent... I will always be returning to this store with the service that I got last night!!

David was terrific he was awesome with the design and was very professional and patient we were overall very pleased and so was our contractor thank you David your a true asset to Home Depot give this guy a raise!!!

I was not sure where to find what I needed, and the sales associates here are always on the look out for customers to help. I appreciate their kindness and encouraging words.

I've been wanting to buy a new gas grill and I found a nice model on sale. The woman whom I spoke to in customer service was very helpful, and understood that I wanted to go home and look up the model number and read its reviews. When I came back the next day, she helped me arrange for assembly and delivery of the grill. I very much appreciated her assistance!

I bought a stove and microwave on Sunday. Ed Snyder was the worker who helped me. He took the time to show me different ranges and explain the features as well as what all I need to do when the merchandise was delivered. He had people pulling him in every direction (other customers and fellow employees) yet he stayed with me from the initial introduction until the paperwork for the purchase was complete. He answered all of my questions and let me feel like I wasn't being pressured into buying anything. He was the ideal employee I like dealing with when buying a major appliance. I'm using Ed for all my future appliance buys.
