Love the price of the wooden corbels. I turn them into ledges for my 9 chinchillas haha! Can’t wait to turn the dowels I just bought into bridges for them next! Jackie was a wonderful cashier. And the Zipped inventory robot freaked me out when it followed me, but it gave me a good laugh and I loved it’s devil Halloween costume!

After repeatedly visiting this store over the years, the greensburg location severely lacks in customer service. Employees talk about customers very loudly to each other. You have to go out of your way just to try and get an employee to acknowledge you, once you find them they’re extremely rude or condescending. The only positive to Home Depot is their convenience, the customer service is the worst at the greensburg location. If you’re able to go to a different store over this one.

I bought something for a project, which turned out to be incorrect. After 9 pm I rushed back to the store to get what I actually did need. The "returns" staff was very helpful and I also had help in the aisles finding what I needed there. I got checked out and was back on the road within only a few minutes.

Always greeted warmly when I enter the store. I always enter through the contractor entrance. Generally, can find what I'm looking for quickly as I always check the locations on the website before going in the store and can go right to the item's location.

I had a 10% off coupon customer service would not take it

I lost 363.06 cents on a gift card because they refuse to help get me my pin. After visiting the store twice for an hour each time just to get spun. They basically stole 363.06 cents from me and I'm thinking about pressing charges.

I am doing a major plumbing project in my house right now. The guys in the plumbing department are very helpful getting me the right parts. The store is very nice overall but I wish they would rent equipment. Monroeville is so far to go to rent equipment.

He bought our flooring we buy everything from you to remodel our house with. We buy all of your Halloween animatronics we have over a hundred. The only problem is you can't get your stuff online. They can't find it in the store we're looking for stuff and it's impossible to find. Exclusive to home Depot and yet you're not selling Halloween yet. Every store out there that I go to has tons of Halloween. We've been looking for the hearse the ponies the man that's playing cards drinking you name it. I have every witch you've ever sold. Along with 75 amitronics. I just wish your emotronics were easier to buy and find

Went to buy lumber, 85% of the pressure treated lumber was loaded in the wrong spot. Had to pull 2x4x12 off the 3rd tier up, which was suppose to have 2x6’s. 5 employees were about 50ft from me socializing, 2 of the literally looked me in the eye! Not one of them asked is I needed any assistance! And I spent 15 minutes getting the lumber I needed. I spent 20 minutes just looking for the lumber I needed, because it wasn’t loaded where it was suppose to be at.

I needed help in purchasing a lightweight weed eater and they were locked up. Found an associate to help me and he was very kind and helpful. I am a senior citizen and using the mobility scooter so this was difficult for me. He was such a polite young man and explained everything to me about the item I purchased. Made my shopping here a pleasant experience.

I don't get to come to this store very often because of where I live, but when my husband and I DO come, it's always a great experience. The store is always well-organized and clean; the employees are so helpful and friendly; they have a nicie variety of products. If there was a Home Depot closer to where I live, we'd probably ONLY ever go there instead of the competition.

Shopping at this Home Depot in Greensburg, PA 15601 is simply put EASY! The store is arranged to the shoppers needs and wants. Thank you all for making our shopping days so very easy and fast.

Always been my favorite out of all of the hardware stores. Great products and selections, customer service is always top notch, and their cleanliness

I purchased paint from an employee named JESS. she was amazing. She went above and beyond to satisfy my expectations! Very knowledgeable and a smile on her face the entire time! Please recognize her efforts because of her I'd recommend anyone to visit the store especially for paint products!! Thank you JESS!!!

First day of the mulch sale and there was no loader! Had to wait in line for over 10 minutes because there was only one cashier at the garden center at 1:30 pm and the card only register was not open. Meanwhile when walked inside three associates were talking to a customer that they knew in front of the service desk. I tried to use the card only register inside, but you can’t manually enter a sku or bar code, you can only scan, so I had to wait in again. Just a poor experience for the first day of the sale.

Salesperson Susan was extremely helpful. She is a valuable employee!!!!!!

I was in the garden center buying a couple trees and some plants. I wasn't sure which ones I wanted or how to take care of them. Mikki who works in the garden department center was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable!!!

I was realling looking forward to shopping at Homedepot but, really got to see the ugly side of retail sales.

99.8% of the staff, supervisors and managers are amazing and strive 24/7 for a great customer experience. Very positive attitudes, willingness to help, in most instances, even if it’s not their department. Shout out to Matt, Jamie, Mike, Zac, Seth, Katie, Katie, Katie, Carol, Yvonne, Emily, Ed, Doug, Pat, James Barrow, Liz, , and so many others. Job well done and thanks for always doing a wonderful job.
