Our sales person was Chip Tate. He was dedicated to our sale, personable, courteous and took his time to research exactly what we needed. We ended up purchasing the best refrigerator for our needs with the help that Chip gave to us. Chip was by far the most helpful sales person I have had at Home Depot.

The store is always neat and clean. The associates are always helpful.

My wife and I went to this store to select a carpet for our master bedroom ;steps an hallway. We were in and out of the store in less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Susan was very fast ;knowledgeable; friendly and helpful. A great weekend afternoon at the Home Depot!

Self check out associate was very rude. Accused me of stealing a bagged item even after that was communicated.

I know that they are getting paid to sell products but the salespeople I dealt with at this store went out of their way to treat me like an old friend instead of just a paying customer. Each member I talked to in the aisle and at the register made me feel that way. In other stores I often felt like I was interrupting their important work of stocking shelves, etc. Products are well organized and easy to find even for an old man. Some places I go to with dread, but never this store.

Every time we visit this store we feel like they appreciate our business and are there to help, unlike the other home improvement store across the street. The employees go out of their way to help all the time.

The store is great. I love to look at the flowers and wander around the whole store. Enjoyed the kitchen counter display as I hope to install new counters in my home.

As I have stated the 2 ladies that helped on this visit were Very Very helpful with what I needed And where the product was...she took me to it and asked if I needed anything else. The Cashier was also very helpful. Both were polite, knowledgeable, FRIENDLY.

Chip did a fantastic job of helping find just the right faucet for my new vanity sink. It was even a great buy on clearance!!!
