Associates very nice at checkout. Had to wait a few minutes as only 2 cashiers other than self checkout. Need more options in storage containers. Clean store.

I waited 20 minutes this morning for someone to help me load a cart and no one would come. (and a page was sent out) We ended up going back this afternoon (two trips) to meet my husband for him to load the item. THANKFULLY this evenings visit someone offered to help my husband load the ac unit in my car . This morning I couldnt even get anyone to quit talking to help me load the cart so I could purchase the item.

We visited the store after shopping at the competitions store across the street. We found exactly what we cam for in a short time and were asked several times by associates if we needed help.

I needed special paint that was the official school colors from a college and they had just what I needed. Associate was very helpful and hooked my up right away.

i was very happy with the availability and helpfulness of the store associates today.

Great quality service and great quality products. I hope to win gift card to be able to bring more of Home Depot into my home

Overall great store,great experience, friendly staff and plenty in stock. I've been to the competition across the road they just don't carry the brands I trust and use.

The store is always very clean and everything is well displayed. Sometimes I like just To just browse around looking at all your products getting ideas for improvement at home And it's very enjoyable thanks

I completed a store survey because my husband & I have been so impressed! I was limited to 100 words but sure could have gone on about a few weeks worth of visits and each time being impressed by help offered and products on hand! Esp. the help readily available! Very refreshing! It's not like they wait to check out to ask you "did you find everything ok?" ! :) Very much liking the experience of the good old fashioned (down-home!) service! Thanks Home Depot! :)

The cashier was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

I went in to order a dishwasher and was able to find an associate to help me quickly. They completed the order for me at their kiosk and within 10 minutes I was leaving the store having ordered exactly what I went in the store for. Great customer service just wish they had more dishwashers available in store but delivery was fast and even a little ahead of schedule.

Good store over all. Lowe's across the street does have much better customer service, but when you do find an associate at this store they are helpful. I will likely shop here again .

The key point for older people is the distance that needs to be walked to check outt areas.

I needed two items but one was not available at this store. The Associate was able to locate my second item at another store. Even though it was inconvenient to make to separate trips I was able to get everything I needed to complete my task.

The young lady, part time, reddish sandy hair, was so helpful in recommending the right type of soil and helped me to checkout and loaded the bags. Am disabled and could not shop at a store that does not provide assistance. The other box stores do not provide the service that this store always does. The associates seem to enjoy and appreciate being there!

In this store a lot and have always been happy with my visits. especially one Sat. I was treated to a very good grilled hotdog :-)

This store is conveniently located; well organized and well run. The employees are courteous, professional, and appear to enjoy their job.

The store is laid out well and I was able to locate the area that I needed but needed the assistance of an associate. One was available in the area and knew exactly where I needed to go to find the product that I required.

Most of your plants were nice and healthy looking. However, the employee I asked a simple plant question, was not very knowledgeable.
