Today was just a pleasure to work with the staff here at the Dixwell home depot in Hamden CT. Every employee was knowledgeable and extremely helpful that we came in contact with! 5 star experience!

Imani is always helpful and pleasant as well whenever I go to Home Depot. Imani is the last person I see at Home Depot is always the most pleasant and helpful. We purchase tools for outside work! We found everything we needed

Just driving through and I needed Bar and Chain oil. I was greeted on the way in with a friendly hello. I didn’t want to walk around the whole store looking so I asked an employee for help and he pointed me to the exact end cap where it was located. Self checkout, but thanked and “have a good one!” Great service all the way around.

The cashier was very rude

Generally a trip to HD is mundane, unexciting. My sales cashier, Jonathan made my trip to HD in Hamden fun. Thorough and efficient without compromising his display of care and good humor, Jonathan made for a very positive experience. That experience, albeit short, set the tone for the rest of my day. Today I went to the Hamden CT Home Depot it was a little before 9am, so maybe the lady hadn’t had her coffee yet but it’s unacceptable. I walked in and the First Lady I met standing in front of customer service was amazing, I asked her where rubber gloves were and she directed me to the right aisle. I found a few different pairs that did not have a price tag on them or on the displays. So I bring 3 different pairs up to self checkout There’s a lady standing at self checkout no one else in line, I ask her “ could you tell me the price on these?” “I ain’t got no way to scan em” no?? You’re not standing in front of 4 UNUSED REGISTERERS?( this was NOT said only in my head) So I go to a register and scan one of the gloves, the price was right so I placed the other two sets of gloves on the side of the register. She comes waddling over “so you ain’t gettin these?” Nope! She snatches them off the counter and walks away. No thank you, no have a great day! Etc This was absolutely unacceptable I will never go to this Home Depot again! @DannyRomero

I was returning an item that did not fit what I was hoping to replace, and Jessica at the Service Desk couldn't have been more professional and courteous. She was not only pleasant, but also very helpful.

We were looking for gas ranges and Stath went through all options and spent a lot of time with us going through all options in our price range. We will definitely ask for him again

I only buy HDX paper towels from Home Depot. They are the best price and quality. I bought 8 packs for my family 3 houses. 12=24 packages. No other company can beat the price. My entire family loves them. They are better than Bounty.
