Came in for a sump pump and would have bought the wrong one if it wasn't for the knowledeable staff

Randy, the associate who helped us with our purchase was the BEST! The store did not have all the tile we needed so he called and found another Home Depot store with our tile in stock. He loaded the tiles on our cart and in our car. They were not light. The cashier was also very pleasant and remembered me prom previous purchases. It was very nice to be remembered.

This store had everything I was looking for today, and the associates were very friendly and helpful.

I went in with a list of roughly 50 items. Richard in hardware saw me struggling and offered his assistance. The man helped me find every single item I needed. If it wasn't for him I would have been there for hours. Thanks again, Richard. I'll be back to see you for any further help I need.

I was able to access the items I wanted and pay and be out in good time.

Everyone is so eager to help! Brennan, Beth, Nick, and Bob are awesome! They actually help me build in store different projects. They gave me ideas for problem solving while building our house. I came in with a list, they went out of their way to help me shop and pull products off the shelf and had them ready at the front for check out. We had the wrong lawn mower delivered, and the store associate came with the driver to make sure the mower was perfect the second time!!!! Incredible!

This store has great, friendly, helpful associates. There is always someone close by to assist if needed. I do all of my own home repairs and I shop at Home Depot on a weekly basis. I am also currently remodeling a house to sell so I am at Home Depot, sometimes, daily! They are always helpful and friendly. I am a veteran and appreciate receiving a 10% discount, with no problem or hesitation.

I was doing last minute Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve. I called the Madison store which was closer to me and they were out of the item I needed and he suggested Hendersonville. I got to the store and it was very clean and well organized. I went straight to the power tools and found what I needed which was a big box and kind of heavy, but as i came out I had not 1 but 2 sales associates ask if they could get a buggy or take it for me. I was shocked how nice and helpful at least 3 associates were with me. The one gentleman helped me the most with making keys and getting me a buggy for my big purchases, but even one other associate made comments on my purchase and suggested another item and helped with my decision. I had a awesome experience and will come back to this store no matter the drive!

The store associate in the paint department was very helpful and patient. As I browsed the store while my paint was being mixed, other associates greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any assistance. Overall great store experience.

My husband and I have found that the staff personnel in the Hendersonville, TN Home Depot are great to work with our home projects. They know the product and are extremely helpful in assisting us in making the appropriate decisions.

I have never shopped at this store when I have not had an associate approach me to see if I needed assistance. I've never had to actually go looking for help. I love shopping in this store, probably way more than I should.

Our Purchase of a Granite Counter came with the Professional assistance of Ron who took the time to discuss with my husband the project not only the counter but also the cabinetry, He offered suggestions and ideas to my husband to assist us in meeting our goals for the remodel. Because of this we were able to create our dream kitchen Island. How refreshing to do Business with a professional who cares about what your doing. Martin our cashier was so upbeat and positive He assisted us in the self check out line without being asked and brought a good mood to share with us. we were both smiling when we departed . Best Decision ever to go to the Home Depot store in Hendersonville . Thanks to all for Awesome Customer Service Going above and beyond.

The customer service associates are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you find a product or even load your vehicle for you.

The two ladies working on the patio were very helpful with my gas grill purchase.

The store was out of the product I wanted. An associate called other stores for me, but no luck. I wasn't upset, but I commented that perhaps HD ordered less this year, since in prior years there was always an abundance of the product at the time I usually shopped there. The associate called the manager over, even though I hadn't asked, & explained my situation. I didn't ask for anything, just commented that I'd have to come earlier next year. He apologized, it certainly wasn't his fault, and handed me a gift card for my inconvenience. I was surprised and greatly appreciative!! I used it to buy something similar to what I was originally looking for. Both the associate and the manager took initiative to ensure customer satisfaction and return, instead of just saying "sorry". I recommend giving those two a bonus!

We use this store often. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. We even have some that call us by name as they remember us from previous purchases.

In and out quick and Kirk was helpful. Kind of knew what I wanted and Kirk showed me a newer version of what I needed! So I found additional application and bought a few more. Joy opened a register line (it wasn't busy) but was friendly and quick (she has the right name for the Holidays!) - Thanks, Rick

Very good service, the manager of the store made us very happy in assisting us with our order. He was very knowledgeable and polite ,I would recommend the store to anyone.

My wife and I visited this store to look at plumbing fixtures. We stopped in the appliances and was pleasantly surprised at the sale going on. It was an early black Friday sale but it last until 12/02/2015. I'M GOING BACK TOMORROW!

I always enjoy going to Home Depot, everyone is willing to help you, unlike Lowe's.. And I just loved looking at the Christmas Displays today.

I lived through nearly seven decades now and had come to believe real customer service was rare if not extinct! Well let me tell you, it still exists at the Hendersonville Home Depot! I have had nothing but the very best experience with every single associate, cashier or installer I've dealt with! The store is fantastic from the parking lot to the vestibule to any department you visit! It's clean, well lit, stocked to the hilt and well organized. I love going in this store! I went in there last night to see if I could get a screen window repaired. I needed another one just like the one I had but would not have believed they would actually have it! But Nick not only proved me wrong but helped me learn how to make what I needed from the kits they keep in stock! I left there with the TWO screen windows I needed and the knowledge to repair any other screens that might need repairing myself! It's a breeze when someone that knows what they're doing takes the time to show you! Thanks again Nick and thank you Home Depot for hiring these kinds of folk! They are invaluable!

The associate was very busy during my visit, but could not have been more friendly. The world needs more people like this, who are happy to do their jobs.
