While it is a smaller store, the associates are so thoughtful and friendly that they will find anything you might want, even if it is at another store. I have never been disappointed with the service at this store, and that is the reason I shop there.

Wanted to buy a Tuff shed and the associate, Jun Francisco was very helpful. The shed was installed and it is great and the contractors that installed the shed were very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. Whether you're shopping for a small houseplant or shopping for a huge garden, you will definitely find everything you need here! The staff is constantly cleaning and decluttering the plant aisles so that we can find what we need quickly and move on to doing what we love to do. I love coming to this place !

Stock they have for kitchen faucets is too low! Boxes are ripped open. Employees need to act like they like their jobs - they never smile or make eye contact!

All three associates I delt with were very polite and helpfull. Two floor associates in guiding me to the items I sough and one, the cashier taking my batteries for recycling at the cash register. Very polite, friendly, and helpful.

This store is always so nice to visit. It's well lit and very clean. Employees are friendly. I went in to get all new loppers, pruners, gloves, etc. I found everything I needed around the same area which made me happy. Candis at check out was delightful!

literally watched the store manager on duty eat a full bag of chips (plus chips in her mouth) while "helping" a customer find a shopping cart that one of her employees "accidentally" took off with. It had a personal light fixture in it that he needed, and someone took it. No one confessed to it, so the store manager came around the corner with chips in her mouth. helping a customer. super unprofessional.

Not easy to find needed products. Items always not available/being in stock. Associates are not very helpful or available to assist. Very messy and unorganized store. Non stop phone ringing through loud speakers is very annoying.

I went to get some painting supplies and everything easy to find and at good prices

The day started off by going to the Vallejo location where the help was satisfactory but they didn't have the items I needed so I called Hercules and Spoke with Tim from PLUMBING I was looking for a clearance item Delta LINDEN Pull faucet and he found the last one and put it away for me to come and pick up after work, so it couldn't be sold before I was able to come from the Napa area to pick it up. When I got there and I found him he was extremely helpful in making sure I had everything I needed and even suggested an additional piece to make the whole sink look brand new and he informed me on how certain things in the package worked and what they were used for. I greatly appreciate all the help Thanks!

Both cashier & Christmas tree guy were so helpful and jolly. We had such an awesome time picking out a tree! Yes, awesome time picking out a tree at Home Depot. LOL

Compared to the Richmond store the Hercules store is completely stocked and the staff is very helpful.

The Hercules Store is always fully stocked, clean and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile. I shop at Hercules the most, but Concord, Martinez and Richmond stores are awesome as well.

I was expecting to have to give a detailed explanation of why I was returning the sump-pump. The real reason being it simply turned out that I didn't need it after all. I was very easy to return and receive credit on my account. No hassel/no questions asked. I was relieved. The customer service person (David) was very polite, friendly and efficient.

I went into the store looking for a replacement flange nut for my electric grinder and I was happy that I found it with ease and there were plenty in stock. All Home Depots often have what I need but I am especially happy with this location because of the cleanliness of the store and the associates are always super friendly with my children.

The store associates especially the males old and young are very approachable, friendly and helpful for finding needed items to purchase. They are also very helpful with assisting petite but determined females like me to carry out heavy and or large items. Their customer service people are also very helpful; if you are there during the day and others are having a problem assisting you, ask for Jason. Overall, they are a great team!
