I shop at this Home Depot often for the needs for my business. They always have what I need and are always a great help when I can't find something.

Buying online and picking items up in the store is always very easy. The customer service staff has always worked hard to get me in and out as soon as possible.

The associate that was working in Flooring was extremely helpful. She was great at estimating and setting up for us to have new floors installed in the house, as well as blinds. The experience was great and we surely will be back. The floors ended up being less expensive and the quality was better that the Floor Superstore that we went to previously.

the sore is very bright , well organized and very clean ( simply because they don't have as much foot traffic as other stores ) . It sure is pleasant to shop at Hercules store. All the products have price tags attached. and staff are very attentive , polite and pleasant in their approach.

Aisles were accessible (no clutter) & I appreciated that. The checkout associate was very friendly & that makes for a very pleasant visit.

I always have a hard time finding a store associate to help, and when I do find one, they defer me to someone else, or they call someone through the announcement speakers but nobody ever shows up.

Clean store helpful syaff organized selection and then the next few days ago and he is going to the sender

Geraldine in the Garden Center really knew her stuff about the stock, had good advice, was really glad to help (as opposed to helping as if it's torture) and a vey nice lady overall. You're lucky to have her!

Whenever I need to visit a Home Depot, I choose this one. The associates are always friendly and helpful; and I always leave completely satisfied with my experience, and with a smile on my face.

Great DIY lessons on' installing faucets' and "Tiling" the associates were very knowledgeable, and answered all questions. came back with "my list" made on HomeDepot website, great tool for selecting and previewing cost of project, and getting all needed items in much less trips. I got great service finding, evaluating product and loading bathroom furnishings, flooring, tiling and wall products. Great service checking out and loading to truck. Thank You to ALL.

I was approached by an animated and talkative guy named Shan, who at first kiddingly said that he couldn't help me because i was wearing a Warriors t-shirt. But right after, helped me pick out the boards i needed for a planters box and cut them to size, and even helped me load them in my car. I told him i would tell his supervisor how helpful he was, but then he gave me a business card and turns out he was the supervisor. Good job home depot, enjoyable visit. Go Warriors all day!!!!

Lowest prices and great customer service. Plenty of parking spaces.

My in store visit I always find what I'm looking for

the store is in good shape, clean and items are easy to find. The only thing i found annoying was the solar city vendors attacking me at the front of the store and also in the middle of the store isles. I know they need to make a sale but having 2 or 3 different sales persons approaching me while shopping was just annoying.

I ordered tiles online from the store. it took over 2 weeks for the tiles to come in. i got the email and text that it was ready for pick up. I get to the store and they bring out 3 of my 17 boxes of tiles. of the 3 one box was damaged and the one of the tiles was cracked and broken. They said the other 14 boxes of tiles had not come in yet. i finally showed them it shipped and was received then they magically found the tiles and brought them up. The store Associate Melinda did a great job. It wasn't her fault and she did everything she could to help me. Also, i ordered over $4000 worth of interior doors from this home depot. After visiting the store multiple times and having to track someone down to be at the Mill Works desk every single time we finally got someone to help order the doors. The person didn't know how to work with ordering system so basically we had to order our own doors with him there and teach him how to use the computer in order to order the doors. The doors are supposed to come in within the next 5 days and i'm only expecting the worst with the experiences i have had at this home depot. It has been awful In the doors and windows department Julio and Rob are the only two that have shown they actually know what they are doing but it is hard to be at the store when they are.

Needed a lot of redwood for a deck redo. A sales associate, Bream, was extraordinary in providing assistance, cutting the material so that it would fit into my SUV, and showing me the correct screws to use for the installation. WOW! First class.

I needed some supplies for a small project. I went in, asked for the location of the items. I was shown where to get them and I went to the checkout. Self check out no hassle and I am in and out FAST.

Good and Fast Service. I was able to find good prices on products I need to purchase on sale tables on floor.

I truly wish someone one shut this store down and let another company open one in its place. There is no substitute for our home hardware needs in another nearby location. We have waited hours in the windows and doors section only on several occasions to simply walk out frustrated that no one would assist us. Same thing happened in the appliance section. Often when we do get some customer service it is incorrect. I have been told stuff is out of stock, only to find it in stock. I have been sent on wild goose chases around the store looking for where something should be only to find it where it is not. I have attempted several times to rent one of their trucks to transport large items home, only to have to call every half hour because they have no reservation systems. I cannot count how many times I needed lumber cut only to be told the saw is not working at that moment. I have spoken to management about the sad state of affairs and the umpteen problems, but all they ever give is empty patronizing apologies. Nothing is obviously ever done to provide organization and training as is so sorely needed. I also have heard many others make comparable complaints. At least there is some comfort to know that we are not alone in our frustration. The wife and I have resorted to only going to this store when we absolutely have to. We try to make our home improvement purchases when we are on the road making other purchases.

This store is organized and have a lot products to choose from.

I love this Hercules Home Depot store! The associates are courteous and friendly! They also ask me if I'm finding things or if I need help. I really appreciate being asked because I usually need help with something.
