My husband and I really like this store. The associates are always very friendly and eager to help you. They always have a smile on their faces. It always makes it a pleasure to shop there. The store prices and availability of their products are good and they always have the things we need.

Lowes vs. Home Depot is my constant struggle when needing building supplies. Not anymore. HD is a little bit farther away but totally worth it. The sales associates are much more helpful to me and they'll stick it through to make sure you can find exactly what you want. The prices seem to be lower and they'll price match with no issues. Who doesn't love that? Seriously, the struggle is over for me and it should be for you too.

Very nicely organized, clean, prices easy to read. Employees always willing to offer assistance. It was a pleasure to come into a store where everyone offered their help, and being able to find what you came for in such a minimal amount of time.

When we arrived at the store we were greeted by an associate who offered to help us find the product we were looking for (a low voltage replacement bulb for an outdoor spotlight). In fact, the associate did the shopping for us while we looked at the new Christmas seasonal merchandise that was available in the store. This level of customer service was totally unexpected and made our visit to the store all the more enjoyable.

i was very pleased with the store. i have been there many times and the employees help me with all my questions and find what i need. The prices is one of the best and i always leave with a smile and the quickness of in and out.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because the store is well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and professional and willing to help.

The garden department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the availability of the associates to help me choose and load my products.

came in the store with the intentions of buying mitered countertops. an employee directed me to someone who could help me. Boy!!!! am I glad!! I would have gotten the wrong thing and the wrong size.. These people really care about their customers and I am So appreciative.. I have a Lowes Credit Card but I can only see myself shopping at Home Depot from now on.. Thanks again

Having just bought a new fixer-upper home I've made many recent trips to various hardware and appliances stores to compare products, prices, etc. Home Depot has by far been the best. The sales associates have all been very friendly and helpful. This was not the case in some of the other chain stores I visited recently where sales people either ignored me or were just outright rude. Now, I don't even bother with other stores, when I need something for my new home I head straight to Home Depot. While the product prices are, for the most part, about the same as the other large chain hardware stores it's the service that makes Home Depot the best.

Everything was easy to find. The store was very neat and organized. All the people that I encountered were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I just enjoyed shopping around the store. I thought that maybe I should apply for a job there. I got exactly what I was looking for in less time than I thought it would take.

I had several tile flooring questions and the salesperson took a lot of time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. He explained different options then helped me select the correct tile for my shower. I had been to the other "Home improvement" store and I couldn't find anyone interested in helping or to take some time to answer my questions. I appreciate the folks at Home Depot for helping get everything I needed to finish my tile floor.

Home Depot had the best prices. I purchased a dishwasher and electric stove taking advantage of the 0% interest with 12 months to pay. Sales associates are very helpful.

The Sales Associates in the Paint Dept are AWESOME!

We looked for a ceiling light on Home Depot.com. Being able to see how many were in the Hickory store before we rode all the way up there was wonderful. There's nothing worse than going to a store to buy a specific item and it not be there. And they had one hanging up so we could better imagine how it would look in our kitchen. Great experience, no problems at all. Hope installation goes as easily!

Although I located my items immediately the associate appeared as if by magic. She went to retrieve a cart and loaded my door. Once I checked out the associate on the other register, closed his register and helped me load the door into my car. I was impressed.
