How many times have we walked into these home improvement stores and ask someone for help just to be told they had no idea? I drove an hour from where I live to get to this Home Depot and was so very glad that I did. The lady in cabinets and countertops really knew her stuff. You could tell she had done it for a long time she gave advice and instructions and explained everything so that I felt confident. The person in appliances was also great he knew his stuff. He knew about how each product works and the pros the cons. He wasn't just there to try and sell he was there to help you decide what works best for you. Highly recommend this store.

I have found all of the associates that I have had the pleasure to work with to be very congenial and helpful. Makes me want to return when the need arises.

Had to remind cashier 3 times to use my veteran discount due to she was too busy horsing around with 2 other employees.

My Appliance sales rep was excellent for a range, dishwasher and fridge, but the delivery was rescheduled 5 times AFTER I had unloaded my refrigerator, removed doors and unhooked water line/power. Dishwashers come with a wired end and plugged end, but the "installers say we don't touch wires" and didn't want to remove the doors from the fridge to get it into my kitchen (even when I showed them the specs circled by the sales rep indicating it would fit). I canceled the fridge order and had the range/dishwasher installed by someone else. I plan to go to Queen City Appliance 1-2-25 for a new refrigerator. HOME DEPOT DELIVERY WILL KILL APPLIANCE SALES

I bought LED Lithonia panels on line. They were damaged before being boxed up. HP Home Depot easily, although a bit confusedly, received my returned products.

Teresa-in refrigerators was very helpful and informative!!! She ask us right away if we needed any help with anything. She told us everything we needed to know to make it a smooth delivery.

personnel not available to assist customers on the floor. I ended up helping a couple of people find the items they wanted. One HD team mate at the self checkout monitoring 4 registers. She was running from one register to another to solve customers issues, while the checkout line continued to grow.

Don’t buy A lot. No cashiers. No employees to assist you

Teresa Stevenson greeted me at the appliance department and helped with my decision making to replace my Range, Dishwasher and Refrigerator. She was awesome and so very nice. I certainly want her help when I return next year for a washer/dryer upgrade.

I made a large phone order with David at the High Point, NC HD store and he was extremely pleasant, helpful, and overly AMAZING! I highly recommend David for ALL your flooring needs!

What’s the big ideal of self checkout? I already have a job and have no desire to do someone else’s when I am paying the bill. If you want me to check myself out where is my employee discount.

I've purchased so many items from this Home Depot; online orders are often picked up via the curbside service which is very helpful to me since I use a cane. I've bought everything from the 'kitchen sink' to plants. Many times when searching for even a furniture piece, I've found just what I wanted from Home Depot.

Two garden men ignored us when we asked for fruit trees. They refused to look or help me find them. Lazy workers who were too busy talking. Two other employees were on their phone the entire time as we moved from garden to paint to saws. Then when paying a nice cashier was standing about five feet away doing her job. A rude old lady came and blocked the young girl and stood in front of her then leaned over to watch my pin. Repeatedly Sticking her hands in the trash next to my foot so she could lean over repeatedly about five times to see my pin. I am a Doctor and my Husband is Lawyer we have spent over $500,000 at Home Depot for properties and expect respect. We do not deserve this treatment and will not be shopping at Home Depot anymore. You have lost a wealthy customer. Not everyone has ill intent and we are an honorable family that is kind and compassionate. We do not deserve this harassment from the impertinent cashier nor stonewalling from the two garden men.

I drove from Winston-Salem to the High Point store searching for a specific brand of un-damaged bathroom faucets. Kourtney in Customer Service helped me check the faucets before making the purchase. This was my third attempt to find two sets that were not scratched. Because of my trouble, frustration, and the distance I drove, Kourtney gave me a discount on my purchase. She is a great Customer Service Rep!

This girl rocks.. Goes above and beyond to explain new products and color combos that will look great together. She helps with products such as liquid sandpaper that she recommended to me and showed me videos of the use and final results. Like I said she rocks and she explains to u with details how the products work

I needed to purchase 3 kitchen appliances , went in to store 3633 highpoint, NC, was pleased to receive great customer assistance from Teresa, she was very helpful and concerned with making my purchases informative. I appreciate her approaching me, and I didn't have to scamper all over the store to look for someone to help. I'm a senior and this is a large store, so going all over to find an associate isn't feasible.

I bought a smoker from Home Depot. I received wonderful service from the time I walked in the store till I left.

Tim and Cherrone I felt went above and beyond to hear my paint issue and help me to get the match I needed and the supplies.

We are in this store all of the time. Between rental property and remodels, we are on a first name basis with some employees. Friendly service and whatever I need is always on the floors.

My transaction was initially not going in a positive direction until a sales associate that really cared, named Maureen stepped in. What an asset to the company! Thank you for making my experience a positive one!

I gave up shopping because if the poor customer service provided by your chief competitor. Today when shopping your store, not one employee asked if I needed help finding what we had come for. Also, despite using the app, the merchandise we were attempting to find was not in the location indicated on the app. Time to get back to basics. Almost everything in your store can be ordered in line. If your customer is in the store the least you can do us to try and make the effort they have expended a pleasant experience. If we wanted to use the computer to find merchandise we would have stayed home. In this case, your lack of interest cost you a sale.
