Every single time I try to get MY cash back on my purchases they always say I cannot get my cash back. It’s so annoying because I know for sure you have the option of cash back on debit card purchases. No one really uses cash anymore!

Hats off to Janet in garden area and Derrick Royal!! They were super helpful today. Derrick helped me get the large bags off the shelf and stacked them in my car. They were both so very nice and also extending their help to the other customers shopping.

This store has the best customer service. David is the Santa Clause of flooring - he is so knowledgeable about his products and took him time with us so we could make an educated decision. We are so happy with the customer service here and can’t wait for our carpet to be installed!

I purchased custom blinds and the store employee exceeded my expectations.

I went to Home Depot to see about getting a vinyl window replaced that has frosted up on in between the glasses, the associate was very helpful in scheduling someone to come out and access the situation. They were also very courteous and seemed to care about your needs.

They did not have the exact item I was searching for, but the offered me an optional product that was as effective five as well as more cost efficient. They were very customer service oriented.

Upon driving into lot, noticed clean grounds, inside well lit, good organization of departments. As I went into the paint department, I was met by Ashley who asked about my project. She showed me my options of products. When I didn't see a good fit, she brought me to another area where I found an alternative product to suit my needs.

I bought a flowing plant(Rio Red) today and it mess an amazing plant .The flowers was so perfect they did not look real. It rain so much I thought that the plant would not look very nice. After about 3 days of constant rain the pant still look perfect.

Always my go to with an project I have going on! Home Depot means as much to me, as hobby lobby means to my wife :)

I purchased a tub/shower enclosure online. The box was torn open and the employees dropped it at store pickup. Of course parts was broken inside. Once opened at home pieces were broken. We returned the product to store and had no problem with the return, so far. I guess in a week we can get the money back in our account.
