I bought this a day and a half ago

I appreciate the online home depot as well as the brick and motor locations. The selection of toilet seat lid was perfect. The lid does not slam down. It matches my floors perfect.

An employee by the name of Ronnie G provided me with excellent customer service that makes me want to always come back to this location. He helped me find all necessary items to start my garden- in 3 different areas of the store, had to use a pallet jack to get more garden blocks, cut wood, assisted me at check out, gave me great advice, and helped load my car. I couldn’t have done it without him. Thank you Ronnie!

This is the best tent I have ever purchased it is better than any Coleman tent and I got it at a great price. I plan on getting two more for my birthday party Labor Day weekend. Their associates are so amazing and they find you I didn’t have to go find one and I truly loved that.

The online products were delivered per email and on time. Very pleased.

I always enjoy shopping at this a High Point Home Depot. They’re well stocked with the things I’m looking for almost every time. An additional bonus is the the great staff they have.

Employees friendly and helpful

Bought a vanity, got to the job and it was damaged. Took it back switched it out. Got back to the job and the product was damaged again. Then had to switch out drawers to make it complete but the drawer guides were not the same. So after over 4 hours and $40 in fuel from running back and forth, I still have a product that I have to fix in order to use.

Not only was my purchase plagued with system issues, when I called to try to find out why my delivery/installation would not be tomorrow, January 17th, I was hung up on 4 times. Again I was told it was a system issue. I’m wondering if these systems issues are only at this store or if these are issues for all Home Depot locations.

We bought a Gorilla dump cart for our son’s birthday we worked with Jessica M at the service desk. She was so pleasant and helpful that it made the whole trip special. Kudos to Jessica M

To early to rate how well it will hold up, just got it, so far working well.

I'm doing small home repairs and everyone gave me easy suggestions. Provided patience and understanding.

Oliver was so kind and helpful and coordinated with Sue to help me find the item I was looking for and purchase it. I can’t say enough how Oliver went out of his way to help me. He went above and beyond what he had to. He and Sue both are great employees to have at this store!

Many of the cashiers at the self-checkout never greet you or say thank you or anything. They just stand there or talk to each other.

Meet my every need and so knowledgeable! Placed online order in store and customer service was incredible!

I really like shopping at one store for items and supplies I need to do a project. It frustrates me when the store is out of one or two items and you have to go elsewhere to purchase those items. I will shop a store that have all the items I need and only have to pull out the wallet one time and save time and fuel not having to drive around c

I love the garden center and my husband can’t have enough Ryobi tools.

I have mobility issues and one electric scooter had a not working sign and the only other only went in reverse not forward. The entire shopping experience I had to drive the scooter in reverse which was very scary and unsafe.

I was at this location previously this week and my experience was unsatisfactory to say the least. You would think if you are going to spend near $1000 on construction materials you could atleast get some help to load said materials onto your trailer. This is not the case with this store. The workers, while some very pleasant others are the exact opposite. “A chain is only as strong as its weakest link” and in this case its weak enough that I will not be returning nor do I recommend it.

Customer service rep was so very knowledgeable and helpful. Went the extra mile to assist.

The 2 gentlemen who helped me, Mike being one, bent over backwards avjeard to assist me. It was a pleasure, right to the end as he loaded into my van.

I purchased an Appliance package from Home depot during the memorial day sale. Eric, from appliances was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional .

Went to store to purchase. Delivery came early this morning with no key or manual. Called store promised to get someone to come over with it. 8 hours later still not seen anyone. Called store again and told it is probably under seat. Nothing there! Now told it could be another 3 hours gor someone to come. Poor customer service after spending almost $3,000 at this store!

Jared is always helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I go to home depot I specifically ask for him because he is always eager to help or provide alternative products. He is a major reason I go to this home depot.

I had a question about the price of a special order. Meredith looked up my order to review and discuss. She got Sue to assist because of the purchase. Sue was very assuring and she made be comfortable while explaining my purchase. I was very satisfied with pleasantly surprised that although they were busy, they were professional
