Went to look at a Cadet Cub riding lawn mower and a gentleman named Austin helped me with information, gathering the accessories, setting up the cashier and trailer rental, loaded the lawnmower and showing me the basics on how to use. When leaving I felt that I got a good deal and Austin was a major contributor.

Very easy to drive into and out of the store since it is located at an intersection.

this store need someone to know how to run it their no help and if you are luck to fine someone they tell you i do not know i dont at this store i hope you fine what you need

We are very fortunate to have The Home Depot with a variety of useful and needed products to maintain a home, or work on a home project. The employees are very kind and helpful.

In the past 3 months or so I noticed the supplies that I need or low or not available, lumber, batteries for my power tools, etc..... I understand that the Coronavirus has put a lot of things on hold but I can go to another store (Greensboro) and find everything I need. Manager no where to be found, Staff needs to be cross trained. Having to return to Home Depot today because no one in the store yesterday knew how to re-key a lock.

I found what I wanted pretty easy after I went on the store website and found which aisle it was on.

Just purchased wall to wall carpet for bedrooms. Robert ward the flooring specialist made it so easy. The man who cane out to measure was very nice and answered my questions. The flooring experience was very easy.

No one was helpful at all very poor customer service

Refused to price match product from online price to store price. Online price was $100 cheaper. Had to stand in store, pay online, go to customer service to get a receipt. After we had already loaded our lumber. Very inconvenient.

ROBERT IN FLOORING WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL IN HELPING ME ORDER FLOORING FOR OUR HOME OFFICE.

The store was clean and well stocked. I did not find two of my purchase items easily. I was never approached by any sales associate to see if I needed assistance. I had to find someone to ask where safety goggles were located. She did not know and did not offer to help me find them. I also needed advice on which extension cord I needed, a different sales associate that I had to find could not help me either. I had to call a friend's husband to find out. I had to search row by row to find the goggles. The cashier (Heather) was very friendly.

Great! This store is practicing social distancing and letting a smaller number of people in the store at a time. I got exactly what I needed and was on my way.

The staff at this store is great. Although the Toro Timemaster 30" mower ended up being defective and I had to drive all the way back to the store later the same day of purchase, they made the swap without any problems. They made sure the next mower was not damaged. Much appreciated !!!!

I have always had a pleasant experience shopping at this store for many years! The customer service is exceptional! I was very pleased with the help from Charlene who went over and beyond her call of duty to help me and I really grateful for that!

The employees who work in this store are very helpful and very friendly. If you need help in the paint department ask for Barry! Thank you Home Depot for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I went to the High Point Home Depot store this morning to return a sump pump that stopped working after we had installed it less than a month ago. The customer service associate, Rhonda did not immediately look up from her papers to help us. She did not even bother to say that she would be with us in just a minute. After she finally decided to help us she was not friendly and was only interested in getting rid of us so she could go back to her papers. I will say that the second time my husband and I were at the Home Depot High Point store we were greeted by friendly associates and had a better experience. If this store wasn't the only one that actually had sump pumps in stock, we would not have come back due to the bad experience we had with the customer service associate named Rhonda.

The salesperson that assisted me went beyond what you normally expect from a big box store.

This store is customer service based, and they do a great job of it! The aisles were clean, even in the molding and trim aisle where it can get messy. The children's workshop was busy and enjoyable to watch the little ones interact and learn from the store professionals. The cashier "Wendy" is the best, so genuine and efficient.

The associates here are always so friendly and helpful. Mike, in the tool section, is especially friendly and helpful. He is also very engaging and knowledgeable as well. Using the Home Depot app is extremely helpful in quickly finding the items that I am looking for.

They are not honorable. Beware. Offer me a warranty on my floor model washer. I bought it took it home and installed it. Then they took back the warranty the next day. It was for my MOM. Why would do that to my Momma! You should honor your transactions. Ripped us off! Fool me once...

Home Depot gives good service every time I go into their store, helping me find what I need or telling me where it is. One lady spent a lot of time searching for a part for my zero turn mower, that was discontinued and part number changed. Till she finally found it, most people would had given up.....

This is my "Go To" store. It may be a little smaller than the other Home Depot's in the area but let me tell ya.... The staff has always went above and beyond. They always have what I need.
