I was recently introduced to the Pro SErvices desk at Home Depot! It is so nice to have this service which allows me to find qualified professionals to do some needed work in my home.

The paint department associates were helpful in locating an electrical associate to answer a question regarding smoke alarms.

Store was clean and a large array of options in the appliance department. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. Jack in the appliance department is the best! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Will be back for sure!

With the help of our very thorough and knowledgeable sales associate, we effortlessly purchased 2 appliances for delivery and received the additional advertised savings.

This is the preferred Home Depot for both my husband and myself. There is one that is closer to our home but we feel more welcomed at this location and that the sales people are more knowledgeable.

I would not be the one to write a review since we were unhappy with home depot - not the employees - they were trying to do their job - but what we had to do to get a door. I wrote a letter back then to the manager of the Highland Hts. store and handed it to an assistant mgr to give to the Manager - never heard from him.

A midday stop to make a quick single item purchase with all the service and conveniece of a hardware store but with better selection and prices. Friendly, helpful staff in a easy to shop store. What more could you want!

A STORE WORTH TRAVELING A FEW EXTRA MILES TO GET WHAT YOU NEED.

One of the many stores I visit frequently around the greater Cleveland Area. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars ratings across the board.

There have been numerous times over the years (I shopped this location when it was Builders Square) that I have to go to the competitor for items. I realize that stock sitting on the shelf is actually money and the longer it sits there, the more it costs (time value of money), but it is frustrating to go to the store and not be able to get things when they are needed.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot. We needed lumber cut for a project and had tried Lowes first because of proximity. We couldn't find anyone in the Lowes lumber department to even talk to so after 20 minutes we left. Very pleased with the assistance we received from the Home Depot lumber department and specifically Toby.

This store had multiple items in stock of the item I wanted to buy. I didn't have to worry about the item not being available. I was able to locate the item quickly and check out without a hassle.

The Highland Heights team is amazing!! From start to finish a wonderful experience! The help was incredible and I found everything I needed with their help. Thank you and we will tell our friends and return often.
