They are improving their customer service! I had three employees go out of their way to help and were cheerful and seemed to like being at work! It was delightful!

We wanted to purchase 2 cupboards which were stocked on the topmost bay and were helped by Elmore who searched them out, took them down from the bay, loaded them onto our carts and, even, loaded them in the car. The cartons they were in were stored backwards, so, it made locating them even more difficult. Elmore did mention that he was going to turn the other cartons that were in his area in the store around to make it easier to locate in the future.

Being 70 years old and walking around a lot in the store I was tired. A nice young man allowed me to check out at Customer Service so I could get out without having to stand any longer. Thank You!

Was sent on a wild goose chase cause no one knew their job.

I was looking for manure and nobody seemed interested in doing the leg work to help me find it. The first person I spoke with said they would find someone to help, which did not happen. She seemed to care less to help me. The other 2 guys who assisted told me they didn't know where the manure was located, just that it was on a palette somewhere outside, maybe. They said to let them know if i couldn't find it. I had to search the outside palettes myself to find what I was looking for. I found it wrapped up in the back by the sheds. This was the absolute worst customer service ever! I find the true disservice being that they didn't bother to ask me where I found it so they could restock the empty shelf. The reason I had to go hunting for this stuff (black kow manure) is because the app said they had 124 in stock but none were available where they should be located.

Only once a while did I not find a product available. The staff there compared other Home Depot stores is much friendly although not all of them provides good customer experience.

Two associates, Trip and Robin, were very helpfull during my last trip to the Home Depot. They provided me with excellent customer service and assisted me finding the exact product that I was looking for. They were able to answer all of my questions. I can tell that they actually care about the customer experience and the reputation of the store. Thank You!!!

Customer service is outstanding, Malik really made the difference, when he was not assisting us he was busy every time we had to encounter him.

I am always happy with all of the Home Depot supplies that I get from here, I recently purchased my Cub Cadet snow blower, and used my Military discount towards the purchase. I was very happy about this, and all of the great things that Home Depot sells along with the great employees.

The store is conveniently located and the staff is really nice and very helpful, however it has for years been rather disorganized, cluttered and a bit dirty in my opinion.

I could go to Loews but like Home depot much better.

I asked an employee for help. He told me to wait as he had to go take care of the ladies up front. That care was to go get a cart of returned products and start putting them away. I went to find him for the help I needed and he told me "I have to do what the ladies say". And he went back to his cart and left me standing.

The best thing about this store is that the, store workers are knowledgeable and helpful. If you ask them for a specific thing often they walk with you to the aisle where the item is. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because of three things they can improve. 1) at times the aisle and bay location of an item as provided by the app is not correct 2) the main hallway is to cluttered 3) they could keep the place a bit more cleaner.

I have been searching for a certain shade of grey paint. The woman, Shevell often assists me and she is an asset to this store/business. She provides the type of customer service that you don't see very often today. She greets each customer and she listens. When she doesn't have an answer she finds someone who does. I also had a return one day and the young lady named Melanie was extremely personable and efficient.

Placed an order for new carpet in a room I was remodeling. The order was entered incorrectly which caused their install dispatcher to not schedule the install. After weeks of my materials sitting waiting to be installed, I contacted the store and the dispatcher and finally got an install date on the books. Flash forward 5 weeks later, and I've had FOUR canceled installations and newly remodeled room still without carpet. The stores response was that "it is out of their hands because installers are third party vendors"... Sorry but that excuse only goes so far. When you hand over your orders to them, they become the face of your business. It is your responsibility to have contingency plans in place when issues like this occur.

I placed a special order for (5) cordless 2" faux wood blinds. The Home Depot Representative, HOWARD was excellent.

I am now returning for the 7th trip and have purchased over 3 lawn mowers! The last one mower was $4000 I get it home and it starts smoking the belt does after 30 minutes of use. The 1st 2 that I had purchased a week ago that I had to keep going back for or damaged broke and missing partsThe people though were wonderful with the returns. However it's almost been 2 weeks now and I need my lawn mode and it seems To not matter how much money I spend I still cannot get a lawn mower that will cut grass From this store. I really Would appreciate it if somebody could just call me back and tell me what I should do now.

Purchased Ryobi hybrid fan today and also purchased rechargeable batteries. This fan gives you the option to use electricity comes with a power cord. Batteries are sold separately.

I am completely lost in Home Depot every time I walk in there. This time around, I was greeted by two people who helped me get to where I needed to be. All I had to do was make some key copies. The wait was super short and Terrance came running along and was able to help me with everything! Super awesome and always 5 stars for me!!

We went into this HomeDepot to buy keys and gardening supplies and interacted with multiple employees, all of whom spoke directly to us and went out of the way to help us.

There were sufficient items available for purchase. Shelves were stocked well and the store was neat and clean.
