Went in to purchase a dryer & the associate was so knowledgeable and friendly I purchased the matching washer as well. Awesome service!

This was my very first time getting in and with great success at meeting my goals.

I would advise everyone reading this not to shop at this Home Depot, the employees are rude and unhelpful if you can even find one to assist you. I bought a brand new grill and paid for it to be assembled and instead they delivered my the display model that was badly damaged. What a joke - do not shop here!!!

Made a purchase at store when checking price on their app it was 98 dollars when went to check out price was 108. Can’t trust their pricing on their app

I would fire the management staff and start fresh. Didn't see any pride in their jobs. People waiting 30 minutes for keys to get made. I waited for someone to open the cage for a Milwaukee tool for 20 minutes flagged 3 employees down to no avail. The whole time management watched us try to get help. Lazy......

I was looking for a box to ship some items. I was very happy with the cost only $1.98 for a medium size box.

Employee was annoyed by my mere existence. Customer service person was rude then the person at checkout was even worse. I greeted the employee, smiled, and ask for assistance while handing them the product ticket that i needed retrieved from a cage. Employee gave me no return hello, no smile, they just sauntered over, unlocked it, gave me dirty look, and then waved their hand at me to get it myself. They Couldn’t be bothered to do an ounce more. Greeting? Nope. Ask if I need assistance? Nope. Make me feel welcome? Nope. Help me make sure I got the right thing? Nope. Wished me well when I was done? Nope. I left with product in hand and pugnacious feelings. Bad attitudes are contagious and that place is full of them at customer service and checkout.

Overall great store to shop at. The customer service employees just need to do better and turn the lights on at their register, it would help and be more inviting.

Home Depot! Its been my home store for years. Always nice when I go there, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Home Depot installation guys accidentally scuffed my new floors and Christina went above and beyond to make sure I was properly compensated. She was kind, patient, respectful, helpful and everything an employer could/should want in their employees and if she's not already in the front of the line for a promotion, well, she should be. Thank you, Christina!

Elmore (I believe that was his name) was very helpful in plumbing and helped me to find the products I needed. He was very kind! Paige the cashier was very helpful and helped me when the register was not working

I was searching for ways to update my backyard for the summer. The garden center manager was helpful with selecting plants and Larry and Chantel were helpful from the loading area with securing all my purchases safely in my vehicle.

Tim & Dom made my HD return experience one of my best. They were the most patient and kind people that I encountered at the store. They went out if their way to help me, even though I was poorly prepared and a little confused too. It is because of awesome people like you that I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

I bought a washer and dryer at this location. I have to say that Debbi was the most knowledgeable appliance person I have encountered in my quest for the new units/ She answered ALL my questions and explained EVERYTHING thoroughly! She knows her "stuff"!

At big box home improvement stores, it is invariably difficult to track down a store associate. It would be ideal if there was a kiosk (or two) where associates could be posted to answer general questions, direct customers, radio other associates, etc. However, the lady who checked me out was kind and helpful, which was refreshing!
