Sally is an Excellent Customer Service Associate. Her knowledge of the items I purchased was exceptional. Her personality with customers is also exceptional. Sally helped me fulfill what I came in the store to purchase and only took a short time to do a master accomplishment. The Ultimate Thank You Sally.

Great experience at this store! Shout out to Missy, not only did she help me find what I was looking for she made an alternative suggestion.

Clean and in good order.

I coming to the store for returning item ordered on-line. Sales person not being friendly. They send me from one sales person to another costumer service representative. Waiting time was very long. Costumer Service Maya was aggressive, verbally abusive, her gestures was aggressive. Never come back to this store.

The store was neat.

Store was completely disorganized. The "easy locator" system does not work when there is no product on the shelves below the display. Employees were friendly but inept.

The purchased product was easily located and there was plenty of stock available. The employee came over to help me, immediately and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The store was clean and had ample parking. I've used the product since the purchase and I am very pleased with my purchase.

This store is very close to my home of 30 years and I have noticed recently that the employees are much more engaged to customer service than in the past. I was there both yesterday and today and needed help finding an item. I saw a young man passing by and asked him if he could help me locate the item. He pulled out his cell phone and looked up the item and then helped me identify which "style" I was looking for and then took me to it. He asked me about the item (use) and I told him about it. He seemed interested in the application use which I thought was a good indication of his work ethic. Nice. Today I had the friendly cashier I had yesterday and she recognized me with a smile and waived me over to her line.

This store is consistently staffed by employees who lack knowledge about what the store carries & where to find it and by people who do not seem to feel that service is in their job description. I listen to complaints from friends, neighbors and contractors about this store. Contractors tell me that there are actually Home Depots in the area where the staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

Highland Heights Associates are not friendly and do not have initiative to ask if you need help and knowledge of the items & location and responding to questions “I don’t know” (associates stand around talking in remote areas of store or service desks-ignoring you) they do not have knowledge of cash register and scanners, or how to quickly and efficiently provide Excellent Customer Service, expediting check out, locating items, or have the knowledge of what the items function is. I leave the store feeling like they think they are doing me a favor to help me. I have been in the Customer Service business for 20 years and Highland Heights store is NOT a Customer Service centered store. I go to Chardon Home Depot to get excellent Customer service. I try NOT to visit Highland Store unless it is my last option..

I went to the Highland Hts store needing roof patch, asphalt patch and three replacement windows. I picked up the roofing and asphalt supplies first, then headed to the windows area. The girl there was very helpful, she even had a windows expert double check my information. She also allowed me to ring up all my supplies at her register so I would not have to stand in line again. Great customer service! I will be back! Thank you.

I notice that the Home Depot Store is a LOT cleaner than it was during the Holiday Season. I usually have no problem finding a person that can help me find a certain product and 90% of the Home Depot Employees at this Highland Hts Store are very friendly. I like the later store hours in the Spring thru Fall, since I frequently shop in the later evenings when the store is less crowded and busy.

The atmosphere is friendly.

Customer service can be improved. The associates and manager can be more friendly and accommodating.

Rented a tool that was not properly maintained. When I tried to return it for a refund the manager refused and charged me anyways.

I am a senior woman with some disability issues, and needed to get a microwave in a hurry because mine died in the middle of a move from one home to another. No way to warm food! The good people at this home depot, one after another, seemed to see I needed help and everyone pitched in. A total of 4 people here made the purchase fast and easy and I feel so grateful. I filled out that survey to tell HD about this experience.

People at the Highland Heights store are so friendly, knowledgeable and friendly.

This store has come a long way to be much cleaner and brighter , there was a wide variety of light bulbs. the associates seem to be more friendlier. The cashier Miya was very pleasurable with her beautiful smile.

I don't want the survey taken the wrong way. We went in, found the item we needed, paid at the self check out and left. We never required any assistance from any store member or cashier. Other times everyone has been courteous and friendly asking if we needed assistance.

During this busy holiday season, I found the employees in the seasonal department to be very helpful in assisting me. Mildred, the cashier, greeted me with a smile as I came through the door and again was very cheerful when I checked out. She was very concerned about protecting the tender plants from the cold weather and covered them with an extra bag. It was a pleasurable shopping experience!

I was helping out a friend with a VCT job recently and I stopped in to get some supplies. I got to talking with Ted Z about the project and he was telling me he and his father had installed professionally for years. Not only was Ted friendly, he was more than happy to offer tips and suggestions and help me find what I needed.

The employees made me feel welcome and that my business was appreciated. My cashier was friendly, efficient, and professional. I actually enjoyed shopping on a cold winter day.

Even though there is a Home Depot within 5 minutes of my own home, I ALWAYS go to the Highland Heights location when I have a major project. Items are displayed well and I have never been disappointed to find that the quantity of my needed items are always more than needed!

I would recommend Home Depot, but not the carpet department. It takes at least 4 weeks to have carpet laid........and it took several phone calls to get someone to take my information to have the carpet laid.

I find most all the Associates at this store to be extremely helpful, and VERY nice-makes for an awesome shopping experience!
