Most assocites were helpful, the person that cut my key was rude and seemed irritated by having to assist me. The cashiers had to call and physically find the loader to load my purchase. Took 1/2 hr after check out to get help.

I would recommend this store for certain departments. Outdoor equipment employees were knowledgeable and helpful but other departments seemed to have little interest in being helpful. The store would do themselves a favor to clean up their displays and make them more appealing. When asked about hinges was told they only had the one I found in a certain aisle, when in fact, there were many, many more in just one aisle away, which I found myself.

We all walk in the dark and each of us must learn to turn on his or her own light. This Home Depot always shine the light for me when it comes to my Home Improvement projects, their employees always lead me out the dark! ...Gratitude.

I really like shopping at this Home Depot because its very clean and organized and the shelves are usually well stocked so I can get in and checked out quickly. Cashiers are friendly and there is almost always someone willing to answer any questions I might have.

Very clean store & employees. Huge inventory! Found exactly what I needed for a toilet repair. Appreciated employee help & input about product. Product (Everbilt) very high quality - no plastic - and better than the original on the "expensive" Toto commode.

I really enjoy shopping at this Home Depot since they have cleaned it up and stocked it better. I can always find an employee who will answer any questions and help me if I need it. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit while they are helping another customer, but the knowledgable answers and help they give is worth that short wait anytime. This store is much better to shop in than most and is very well organized and easy to check out.

The store is clean, conveniently located near the highway and to multiple neighborhoods. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There are plenty of products for sale but I find some of the aisles too crowded. We do not like the layout of the store, therefore, we seem to often ask for assistance. There can be a problem in finding staff to help (frustrating!). We had this very problem today but managed to grab a couple staff as they were walking by. No such thing as asking the customer "may I help you" as in small, neighborhood hardware stores. We have shopped at Home Depot for a very long time in many towns and while living in Rhode Island. I would like to give this store a better rating but they need to improve.

I purchased 4 new appliances from the store in Highland heights. I worked with two different Home Depot employees and they where both awesome! 5 starts!
