Best Home Depot around. The staff treats me not only as a client but as well as friend. We know each other by name and receive excellent service when I have a question.

The service was prompt and professional. Jeffery in plumbing was very knowledgeable and helped my shop for my page long list.

EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE IS THE BEST IN COLORADO. THEY DONT RUN AND HIDE WHEN THEY SEE YOU HAVE A QUESTION IN YOUR EYES. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING HOME DEPOT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HONESTLY THIS IS THE BEST STORE

Of the many visits I have made to this store I have found most all of the employees to be knowledgeable, courteous & quick to assist in locating & informing information about products or projects. I have rarely had to ever return a product purchased here but when I did product was courteously & quickly exchanged or price refunded. Based on experiences stated I would recommend this store for any of your home shopping needs.

We love the new Samsung Refrigerator ..The movers had to remove the doors, as our house door was not wide enough.. with out any problem! We changed our minds on having the old refrigerator taken away and had paid to have it taken away...With one phone call we got the credit for that back on our HD card.

The Highlands Ranch Home Depot is a well-stocked, well-run store with helpful people. It is also generally well-staffed so you are able to find someone to help you find an item or find someone who is knowledgeable & has some expertise in the section or department of the store they work in. One of the things I like the best is that their return policy is excellent & hassle-free. If you don't have a receipt they will accept a product return & will generally issue you a store credit. I'm sure the store credit without a receipt procedure is to prevent the scam artists from working the system, which is fine with me as I do nearly all of my home improvement shopping there anyway.

At that store, I always find what I am looking for, and if I can’t find, there is always an employee around to help me finding it. I love Home Depot!

I practically go to the Highlands Ranch Home Depot at least three to four times a month. I always find what I am looking for and the Associates are very helpful. The prices are good compared to other home improvement stores.
