Richard in the door department was super helpful in getting a new patio door ordered and scheduled for install. He is the man and saved us on this project!

Bought a lifetime gaurantee hose which failed in a year.i had a receipt, but they wouldn't refund. Instead i was offered anothe hose (why would i ever want that?) Or a gift card. To get the gift card i had to show my drivers license and have it scanned. Evey time i use the gift card i have to show my drivers license and have it scanned. Its easier to vote thant it is to use a HD gift card or return anything.

Prodesk employees and managers are very helpful and personable. Young employees at the checkout area are nice and helpful. If you go in by yourself and need help loading a heavy object, do not solicit a young man to help you. They will walk quickly past the isle trying to avoid you. If you specifically ask, they will say okay and then disappear and never come back or they will send the employee that no one likes as a joke and you feel bad that they are being treated in this way. The maturity level is not there.

Our appliance experience today was GREAT. Usually, not so great, but particular employee(s) were super-helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We are so appreciative of multiple professionals who have helped us walk through a process to determine what the exact product we need for various home projects. Our Home Depot partners excel in identifying specific needs, describing products and helping determine the perfect fit. This is vital to making projects simple.

shopping at the Highlands Ranch, CO store is nothing but special. We have lived in the area for 2 years and from our very first visit we realized this store was well stocked, well taken care of but MOST important is the employee team-there is always someone around to assist and they ask if they can help, and everyone we have ever encountered has always gone overboard to help! You owe it to yourself to make this your store

Why shop somewhere else when you can get the personal and friendly attention that you can get from the people at this store? It's worth the drive if this store isn't the closest to your home or project.

Sales associates in appliances were outright neglectful, rude, defensive, argumentative and generally worthless.

I have shopped at nearly 20 different Home Depot stores throughout the country for over 20 years. This store has the best inventory, presentation, and caters to the local consumer. Not just contractors. Keep up the good work.

This store is my "go-to" Home Depot store. Today, I had to make a return. They were very friendly and got it done lightning-fast!

Managers within the paint department, as well as the part-time help, are without any social graces and actually speak rudely about their customers while pretending not to...customer service is not an asset I believe they possess.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher on line with installation. Delivery was perfect. Installation was a disaster. Don't use their installation. I went to the store and they provided superb customer service to resolve a problem they had nothing to do with. Very pleasant and professional staff in appliances and Kirsten, their problem solver. The sales staff at this store are always responsive with expertise not found in most other super stores. Carol who works in plumbing is a super star who not only knows plumbing and sprinkler systems, but suggests viable alternatives for new products I had not considered. As a contractor, I appreciate these suggestions as they save me time and money on installations.
