Multiple employees thru out the store asked if they could help us find something.

Very friendly & helpful store. No waiting, always someone asking if we need help with anything. Cashiers always available for checkout.

Outstanding service provided by manager on duty David Miller. He addressed an issue with a special order window which is still in progress. He is an exceptional employee. Constance at the customer service register was very helpful with a purchase of a lawn mower. Very polite and professional.

Anytime I shop at the highlands ranch store All employees are friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Home Depot is my go-to home improvement store. I find the help to be very friendly, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have never been disappointed in going there as they always have what I need and know exactly where to find it. The store is always neat and clean and well stocked. There is so much to pick from with reasonable prices. I give it an A+++++!

Special Order Millwork Area: While Home Depot or any big box home improvement store can sometimes be frustrating when looking for one small item, I needed some BIG help in designing and ordering multiple specialty and entry doors for my house improvement and construction project. Kathy B. in this store's millwork area is a master - she's fun to work with and she went the extra mile to ensure my order was accurate and perfect for my needs! She accomplished all of this over the phone as I was ordering from an out-of-state location.

The store where I shopped at, and intended my comments to reflect on great service that I received was at 6501 N E Loop 820, North Richland Hills, TX 76180. I. Was greatly helped by a Richard in plumbing, and a coworker, Logan. The items were inexpensive, which adds to me being impressed at the support I received. I know nothing about Store #1540.

Staff is positive, energetic, impeccable knowledge of inventory/location/processes. I'm a General Contractor for Commercial Real Estate...love this store and the great help they provide!

Dave in the Appliance dept was informed and very helpful when we bought our refrigerator

Absolutely horrible staff. They followed a disabled veteran like he was stealing and even claimed it home depot policy to treat veterans so poorly. I would never return to this store and home depot lost a lifelong customer. Disgusting practices say this store. Staff are unprofessional and definitely not friendly.

Wife and I came in get a rough idea on cost of a kitchen remodel. Kim S. was incredibly helpful and walked us through the process, was extremely informative and knowledgable, and even followed up with us after time went by. The Thomasville cabinets were quite affordable given the sale so we decided to go with them. Thanks Kim!

Very upset with how I was treated at the store. Went to an appointment where the employee showed up 15 min late for abd also did properly wear her mask covering her nose and mouth. Also refused to honor the price it was online at homedeppt.com. She also refused me a discount when opening a home depot charge. Terrible service. Go elsewhere!

I got good service at this store. I normally swear off big box retailers. I was very surprised by the quality of customer service here. Employees really worked hard to help solve my home improvement project. They seemed to have many more on the floor helpful employees that other stores / chains

Just had the best shopping experience in the Appliance Section! Our Appliance Specialist Arias Clark was Phenomenal! He provided Excellent Customer Service, Arias was so knowledgeable, he went the extra mile for us! My wife and I said it was the best shopping experience we had in a very long time! If you are looking to buy a new washing/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. go find associate Barry Gray. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. He was very helpful and patient in helping me decide which washer/dryer would best meet my needs. He is the best!

Very pleasant shopping experience. Very helpful and staff went over and beyond to help. Always knows what location to find things which is very helpful.

My daughter and I went in to buy some stain and a brush for a small project. We found the stain but I was not sure which brush to use. I asked an employee standing in the stain isle if he could recommend the correct brush. Instead of showing us he said “get the one that says stain on it” in a very you are an idiot voice. There were multiple that said stain and he happened to walk within 10 feet of the brushes we were looking at. I asked if he could point to the brushes he was talking about. Once again in a you are bothering me kinda way he said “the ones in the blue right in front of you.” Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at a Home Depot. My ten year old daughter asked me why he was so rude...

Rory and Brian were pleasant, funny, and made purchasing a breeze.

Tommy in the plumbing department did an excellent job in helping me select a water heater. He even called the follow up after the purchase to make sure it was working properly. Ernest was extremely helpful at the checkouts it was a complete pleasurable experience
