Signage was inaccurate (be sure to check prior to checking out) and the customer service personnel are extremely rude. I required assistance but there was no one available at 5:30 pm.

Normally Home Depot is fine to shop in, but the last couple of months they have had these harassing contractor sales people stalking the store. They need to go and go now. I'm sure it's not just this location. Until then I have to give a one-star rating.

From my entering the store to the personal assistance I received at the Customer Service Desk AND the flooring department - all associates were very professional and very informative. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I will definitely be back to this location even with other Home Depot stores closer to me.

My saleswoman went above and beyond in explaining to me the details and features of my LG washer and dryer. While I initially wanted a front loader, she warned me about the increased depth, which would not have worked in my laundry room. She was exceptional!! Knowledgeable. Patient. Kind. Home Depot's prices were competitive.

I asked for item location and the employee walked me to the aisle and made sure the specialist in the area was there for any additional help.

The 2 employees working in the plumbing department were completely unhelpful and outright rude.

This was the second day in a row that I came to this store and my cashier was Sean W. Sean is one of the happiest and friendly people that I've ever come into contact with at ANY Home Depot store. He always seems to be smiling and full of happiness!!!

Worst customer service experience I have every had

The best shopping experience at a Home Depot yet! It was nice to have someone provide "traditional" customer service versus sending you to a website or YouTube to do it yourself. I hope to come back and find that Duane is still with the company.

Had an incident in Lumber yell at me as I stepped out of the back of the lumber department to find some help after looking for 10 minutes. His tone was harsh as was his demeanor, I asked him where I could find a particular size lumber and was told to look at a certain side of the isle. I told him he wasn't very helpful and basically rude but he showed no care. As I asked him again for some better directions he told me to look at the tags hanging from the racks. There were tags hanging but most were empty and I let him know that, his reply was "they get torn off all the time" Does that make it OK I asked him? His reply was a look of discontent and showed absolutely no willingness to help me one way or another. I loaded 2x10x16 pressure treated lumber with my 14 year old neighbors son who wasn't really strong enough. I was absolutely taking aback by his lack of caring, rudeness and willingness to engage in an argument with a customer. The customer isn't always right but you don't argue with a customer or tell them "whatever" This type of behavior has become the norm at this store rather than the lone incident. Not sure if it is the hiring, training or just that the people working this department just don't care. To be fair the cashier and the person who helped me load the lumber were very helpful and went above and beyond their duty. This experience just added to the last 3-4 negative visits and I am there 2-3 times a week either on my own or with clients. It has come to the point I am willing to pay a little more or drive a little further to go to another business

I did not know that I would be able to commend individual employees, or I would have gotten their names. We have always been able to find a clerk that is knowledgeable about the product we are searching for. Usually these are things that we do not already know much about and your clerks are externely helpful.

We had an excellent experience in purchasing a garage door and opener.

I needed help about 6 times and each time was able to assist - even though sometimes they weren't familiar with the parts on my list!

I am always amazed at the things I can find at this location. Great Inventory of Products!

MALE EMPLOYEES DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH WOMEN. WE HAVE SEVERAL WOMEN IN OUR GROUP OF FRIENDS WHO LIKE TO DO DIY PROJECTS. WHEN WE COME IN WITH QUESTIONS I CAN GET BETTER INFORMATION OFF THE INTERNET. EVERY SINGLE TIME I PURCHASE SOMETHING RECOMMENDED BY THEM I HAVE TO COME BACK AND EXCHANGE IT. THEY ARE DISMISSIVE. WHEN QUESTIONED ON AN ITEM THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT UNTIL I SHOW THEM ON MY PHONE, THEN THEY ARE DISGRUNTLED TO HAVE TO SHOW ME OR EXPLAIN FURTHER. IT'S A MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. LOWE'S ON THE OTHER HAND CATER TO WOMEN. THEY ARE FARTHER AWAY FROM ME SO I END UP AT HOME DEPOT WHEN I AM IN A HURRY. I WILL STRIVE TO GET TO LOWE'S MORE OFTEN.

Placed a web order to be picked up at this store. They got me in and out very quickly and even on a Saturday.

I had a faulty Hot Water Heater installation from Delta Mechanical that dragged on for over a month! Multiple leaks, phone calls, technician visits, and deception & lies from the VP of Operations at Delta! Thank GOD for Home Depot employees: a Customer Order Specialist, an Asst. Mgr. & the Store Mgr. Also, the District Services Mgr for Colorado was extremely helpful as well. These employees all deserve a raise in my mind for helping me resolve this horrible situation with Delta Mechanical. Thanks Home Depot big time -you guys ROCK!

Home Depot in Highlands Ranch is great. Everything is organized so you can get right to the product you need to fulfill the work needed at your home.

The sales associate recommended replacing the gas and adding new gas with an additive before taking mover into a service center. His solution was correct and mower is working great now.

Wanted to begin spring fertilizing. Store associate recommended a great little spreader, plus a recommended fertilizer for our specific location.

Jason Waltrip helped me pick out and purchase all new appliances for my first home which I just recently purchased. Jason offered different options and helped me check out with everything I needed while educating me in the process. He was most helpful in what could have been a very stressful purchase! All of this he did while training a new person with such a positive attitude. It was an absolute delight to work with Jason and this store!
