Always a great store with friendly and helpful staff. I always find what I want.

Have done business with this Store for over 12 years and never had a problem......It has been extremely convenient and the store personnel always pleasant and helpful...

Not the first time I go to the store before 8pm and the cashiers at the garden area are closed. Sign says they are supposed to be open until 8pm. Disappointing when you are in a hurry and need to go all the way to the other aide of the store to pay.

i HAD AN ISSUE W/MY LAMP - I NEEDED A NEW PLUG AND DREW IN ELECTRICAL AREA/DEPT. PUT IT ON FOR ME AND EVEN TESTED THE LIGHT TO ENSURE IT WORKED! YEAAA!

Kim in Kitchen Design really knows what she is doing. She is FANTASTIC to work with and I'm so pleased I chose this Home Depot for our new kitchen.

My preferred Home depot store. People are friendly, knowledgeable and can recommend various ways to accomplish my projects that make it easier and effective.

I enjoy coming into Home Depot. It is always clean and all staff is very friendly and helpful. It is convenient and easy in and out with check out. I can always find the products I am looking for and very seldom out of stock. With the new check out there is always someone there to assist you if you need help. Sofia was a Home Depot cashier that helped me with an item that was not scanning.

Very nice store. Never enough sales staff to get help when you need it. Always allow more time than you think it will take to shop there because checking out takes more time than it should. If you use the service desk area to check out, be sure to stop at the orange line that says "wait here". If the cashiers are laughing and chatting amongst themselves, they still want you to wait at the line until they are ready to allow you to pay for your purchase. Do not approach them! They will scold you for crossing the line without being asked to do so!

If I could give 0 stars I would. 4 major projects totaling around $12k, and each one turned into a dumpster fire. H-D is quick to pass the buck and toss responsibility onto the customer. Your schedule? Who cares about your schedule! H-D is WAY more important than anything you have going on! Appliances were sold and paid for that didn't exist (but I sure was told they were available), delay after delay in deliveries, defective appliances out of the box, substandard contractors who lie to the customer, shoddy workmanship, and damage to my new house. H-D even decided to close their customer service line in the evenings so I can't even discuss issues at a time that's reasonable for me, and the store manager failed to contact me after months of complaining to H-D corporate who gave repeated promises of resolution. 3 months in and still no resolution on several major issues. Pathetic by all accounts. 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED.

The store was well stocked and maintained with current seasonal items. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I was just in the area visiting and would visit more often if I had business out here. Very nice store.

This store does not honor the return policy set up by Home Depot. There is miscommunication between employees and management regarding the return policy. I would not shop here.

The sales consultants are the best here! They always make me feel comfortable and they always help me find what I need. I would heartily recommend this store to my friends. If I think that I cannot do the work at home, they always have a list of people that will help with any installation. I trust these folks. Thank you!

Employees April and Tim made my day yesterday. They are exceptional employees, friendly, polite, knowledgeable.

This store often does not have products in stock that are listed on-line as in stock. Many of us seek out items on-line first and don’t appreciate driving across town only to find that the item is actually out of stock.

Pete in the Tool Center was extremely helpful in answering both my questions and my 3year old sons questions (not easy). He and the other employees in the Tool Center ensured I got what i needed and felt comfortable with my understanding of my purchase. Thank you Pete!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed working with everyone that I have interacted with there. I never hesitate to go to this Home Depot. On this particular trip, Jean opened the box of a new item, looked up the full set on the website to show all options and proces, helped up load up the pieces we wanted, and personally took us to the self checkout line and found us a person to help us through the check out process. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable. And we love the deck furniture we bought!

Best weekend getaway in Highlands Ranch. If I need a quick break from the neighborhood kids running in and out of the house, or if the wife is peppering me with a "honey-do" list, or if my chatty neighbor is walking in my direction.... "I'm going to Home Depot."

The HIGHLANDS RANCH Store #1540 is always helpful with any questions I might have. They have a staff who are knowledgeable and will suggest alternatives to my project if possible. Great Store, Great employees.

I put the review in two other places. I lost my keys - unbeknownst to me since I had two sets in my purse _ Rick from the Paint Department called Triple A (from my key chain) to find out the owner. That was above and beyond the call of duty. Once I went to get them Ann from the Paint Department made sure I went to the right department to retrieve them. Thank you - great employees!!

Tim is a friendly cashier and always treats you like your a friend. Still think the check out system is kind of weird but since all your stores are going to have it, doesn't really matter what I think.
