I went back to this Home Depot to purchase several more appliances. The salesmen were very helpful answering my questions about how quiet certain dishwashers were, the differences between models of refrigerators and gas ovens. I purchased all three. One salesman brought me a cold bottle of water to consume while they were placing my order. In addition, they looked for coupons and ways to save me even more money.

Highlands Ranch HD is the best. Love your employees, Sarah, Ruth, Cary, Nora, all are great to say high too and see them when you walk in. Thank you for letting me bring in my Dogs to see every one. Dakota and Lolla loves to come in and see and get treats from everyone.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful at this store. Jason the manager was extremely helpful tonight! I just showed him a link of what I needed and he went to get it for me and even brought it out to my car since it was heavy. Much appreciated!

The services that I received tonight from Big D from plumbing, Jim from painting and Kathy the cashier really helped me to make decisions on the items that I needed to complete my project.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The service desk is exceptional for any assistance on returns or where products are located. The floor staff very knowledgeable and helpful. There always seems to be contract customers there which indicates to me the commercial grade of Home Depots inventory.

The staff are the linchpin of this store as they are mostly knowledgeable and if they don't know they are honest enough to say so and find someone who can help you. The product range is pretty good all around. It has a community around it where the houses all need updating so there are plenty of folk going in and out all day long with one project or another. It is well managed and one of the best Home Depot stores I've had to frequent.

I like all Home Depots, to be honest... but I'm super pumped that my local one is always awesome. Service, products, cleanliness, little promotions - one of my favorite places to hang out.

I was in this store to purchase a new kitchen suit, I had called earlier and spoke with Frank a few times with questions about deals and other information. When I arrived at the store he was busy with another customer. He kindly went and got his manager Dave to help me. I was with my toddler and he knew we wanted to make a fast transaction. I very much appreciated their help.

Bad costumer service

The Home Depot employees at the Highlands Ranch store do not seem to care about their customers. Trying to find one takes forever as they seem to disappear when I am there. Then when you do you find one they are unfriendly, almost rude and not at all helpful. The two I found both said they probably would not be able to answer my questions. That was before I even asked a question!

Store at Highlands Ranch was presentable, clean and I was greeted with happy smiling faces. The department employees showed me respect and helped me find the products I needed. They not only told me where to find them but also went with me to make sure I could find the products. The check out was the best experience I have ever had at any Home Depot or any other hardware, lumber store I have been to. He packaged the materials so that they would not spill out and asked if they were packed to my satisfaction. He also was very friendly and efficient. He did not waist time packaging and entering the many items I purchased. Overall, the best experience I have had in a long time.
