We went in to purchase a shelf for our school's storage closet and the store mgr helped us to donate the product! Overwhelmed by the generosity and assistance! The shelf was perfect!

More help outside & inside with buyers loading lumber or larger size construction stuff in their carts and vehicles. This will also give your staff to possibly take an interest in the buyers project and maybe direct them to something else they may need.

I’ve so appreciated staff asking me if I need help instead of having to look for help. And I’ve appreciated being greeted throughout the store.

I like that Home Depot takes Apple Pay now, it makes it so much easier since I don’t bring my purse to stores anymore

Young employees are not required to know the area of the store for which they are responsible. The also have little knowledge what non mainstream items are called or what they are used for.

Placed an order at the store for 2 vanity mirrors. I was told the product would arrive 9/8/25. Less than 24 hours from purchase the new expected delivery is 9/10/25. Customers service is Dead!

I purchased 3 blinds. Installing was $199. After the blinds were installed, I noticed he hadn't removed the extra seats. He then went on to tell me that would be $15 a slate to remove them! So don't assume installing completed the job for you. I feel ripped off. The blinds look awful and not like a professional installation. Since I have a broken leg and my husband is disabled, I guess I am going to have to pay to have this done! If this was explained to me, I would have gone a different route. Not well done Home Depot.
