Drove 3 hours for my scheduled wood delivery and the night before delivery was scheduled they texted to say it was pushed back for the next day. It was all cancelled due to my contractor had one day free. HD hillcroft has no reliability to customer needs.

Price for the pro it was clearly marked upon entry of the store. The price a the register did not match. The manager would not honor it and had no interest in correcting

If you need of friendly garden service. Ask for cass. She had great customer service.

The service was great

Employees walking around the store but no one stop to ask you if you need any help. Long lines at self service cash register and when you need help it takes too long to someone help you.

The workers inside are great, low on stock or out of stock. But the amount of homeless looking men or men looking for work is very unsettling. You have men who look homeless walking around the parking lot checking to see if cars are locked. One followed me to my car. Very unsafe feeling. This is during daylight hours.

The cashiers at the Retun Desk need to at least say hello when upon coming to the cash register and a few that lean over on the counter. That look so unprofessional. I know it's a standing job and I worked standing for about 25ys but we were not allowed to lean over on the counters ever!!!. We had breaks in the break room to kind of recover from all the standing which usually was to prop our feet up in another chair or something.

You have no staff to assist customers

The plants were well cared for and there was a huge variety

I visited Home Depot to purchase products for my yard and other parts of my home. The staff today were attentive, personable and very helpful.

Went in for some curtains and the associates were very helpful and friendly! Purchased what they recommended and it was very easy to install and fit perfect.

This place is by far the worst experience I have had at a Home Depot. No help from employees they just give you the run around while you see them playing around with other employees

I purchased a grill from the store this weekend. I was very pleased with the knowledge and customer service I received from the floor staff! It made things so much easier for me. Great job!!

This store has dozens of homeless folks living in the parking lot. You will get accosted by a homeless person walking to you car. The security guard sits on a stack of lumber and talks on her phone. Would avoid if homeless make you nervous about your safety.

Very happy with home Depot always

I bought Bher paint. I needed to do touchup and needed the paint color matched. I bought in a paint stick I had used with my old paint. The associate matched it perfectly. I am s happy camper.

Rapp in lumber was vary helpfull and we got fast service thank you we will be back.

I will never shop the Hillcroft Home Depit in Houston Texas’s again

This location is great for me however I won't come back because rudeness of cashier LATOYA and her supervisor JAMAYA..had an issue with wrong price advertisement went back to take a picture of the item and label to show jamaya and she said it's not the same, I told her it should be honor since severals were display. She didn't say anything turn her back at me I ask for her name she say it without ever turning and I called her she ignored me completely Latoya just laughed. It was horrible, they took such a long time to help.no respect for costumer time, That behavior toward costumers it's disgusting.

I usually avoid shopping in-store at Home Depot locations in our area due to the lack of staff assistance, which is why I typically opt to shop online. However, my recent visit on Friday completely changed my perspective. Renee, DC, & Hillary completely exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed. This level of dedication and customer care is rare at Home Depot, and they truly deserve recognition for their unwavering commitment to customer service. Kudos to Renee, DC, & Hillary for being shining stars at Home Depot! Great job guys, you all are truly NAILED IT!

I had to return a Rheem hot water heater because I purchased the wrong size. I was assisted by Sharde'/Shade' who was very efficient in helping me exchange the item for the correct one. She even found one that I wasn't able to see online for a better price. The entire process was very quick

The Manager named DC was very approachable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He offered invaluable information that helped me with my home garden project. I would definitely recommend this location due to the friendly customer service.

Wasn't sure I would find what I needed...I went to another location and they didn't have what I needed. Decided to give the Hillcroft location & shot & boy did they come thru. They had several available, Edwin & Hague teamed out to pull my items, Rodolfo on point with a speedy checkout. In, out & loaded in less than 15 minutes. 5 star service indeed!!! Thanks guys
