TOM, at Appliances Department went Far and Beyond on my experience. Made me feel like I should go shopping to Home Depot everyday and not anywhere else!

I bought a kitchen item

Great store nice and clean Environment

Cashier Sheila was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I just want to say my experience at the store was excellent on my purchase of a outdoor patio heater after getting home I had to bring the heater back so I call the store and spoke with John the manager who made sure my transaction went smoothly I had no issue.

I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at Home Depot. The outdoor area had everything I needed and enjoyed browsing to make mental note to return for more items.

Please...how do you describe a widespread problem of disinterested malaise?

Bad costumer service at the store and online orders are never ready to pick up.

Always friendly service

The team members at this location are inconsiderate of customer time. We place a order for delivery. The sales associate entered the wrong address. Returned back to the store to correct the issue. Long story short. Returned re-ordered got home 3hour later received a phone call stating we would have to return to the store to cancel the item for a full refund because the item is no longer available. Just a big inconvenience to customers.

Overall, this is a pretty good store. Ken is usually their to greet you at the door. But today, an older female clerk, I felt was rude and tried to berated me in front of other customers because I asked "why I had to waited 15 mins. for someone to come an approve a 10% discount." Of course no one ever came.

It’s easy to find things in this store. Very clean and organized. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable. I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. My go to store.

What a nightmare this store has been to work with. No one answers the phone when you call. When they answer, indefinite holds waiting for managers to pick up the phone. No one returns calls. You have to chase them down to get answers. $4000 order in May 2020 which has only partially been delivered and will not be fulfilled until late December 2020, at the earliest. Although I was told routinely that the last window would be in shortly. But I've been hearing that since June. Maybe they can do the day-to-day thing well, but the more complicated orders...at least use a different store if you're using H/D.

Customer service from the cashier Jesse was great! Makes me want to come back to this store. 5 stars because of thus cashier.

The store associate Jesse was very helpful, he called me to his register when there was a long line to ensure a faster check out.

The sales representatives did not inform me about the 10% discount for future purchases

Store is very nice and well kept in place

No one in the store knows what is going on or who to direct you to. Waited in line for over an hour in the wrong place because of the workers misdirection. Workers are unfriendly and unwilling to help. Had to hunt down people to help us.

The manager was very disrespectful & a bad attitude towards senior citizens. Some people get a position and can’t handle it professionally. It’s very sad and unbearable.

I frequently visit this store, on the last two occasions I've visited I've had the opportunity of meeting a wonderful cashier by the name of Dymisha in the gardening area. This young lady is very pleasant, professional, and customer oriented and truly made my shopping experience better.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered online and when to pick up my order and my order was not ready. I went to the help desk and they told me to go to meet Carlos in the loading dock. I had to wait for someone to load my after I got a text 2 days before saying my order was ready for pick up. Carlos stopped to help someone stating in line checking out and then he loaded my order. I had a horrible pick up experience.
