Bought plywood, Jesse helped me measured boards for under my sink...picked the correct size made one cut..they fit perfect under my sink cabinet in kitchen. He actually saved me from calling a contractor. .Thank you Jesse

There were two gentlemen who provided me with exceptional, and personable service that made me feel valued as a customer. Their names were DC and Jeffery. I was in a crunch to have my rental property to pass inspection and they helped me locate all the items on my list that I had no clue where to begin to look for. A million thanks to these two gentlemen for making my life easier during a time where I could have easily become overwhelmed.

The customer service at this Home Depot has been great! Help is literally around every corner! Which definitely makes it easier to find what i need to take care of the projects I'm doing. Without having to search and search.

MS RENEE IS A GREAT PERSON. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MADE MY SITUATION MUCH BETTER.

I came in this morning, even though it looked a little understaffed. The self checkout lady was fast and Friendly. Her apron said Spring.

I went to Home Depot and there was peace and quiet I did not have any problems the place was extremely clean too

This cashier always has a smile on her face and makes me feel special need more cashiers her. She has Long blonde hair, and always in a good mood

Wonderful store, I feel like other sorrounding hardware stores should do more to try to keep up with this store. All the employees are wonderfull and seem to be highly educated, and as well as every time I visit the store is clean- which I really like.

I just wanna note about the cashier. I usually do some self check out and today the cashier that helped me was spring. She is extremely friendly and always has a smile on her face. We need more people out there like her that enjoys her job as much as she does.

Everything is as per expected.

This location has the best customer service out of all the Home Depot’s I shop. Fredrick and Alisha are top notch! They knew the system so time was not wasted looking for product. But more importantly Fredrick was great over the phone. It is so nice to see people enjoy their work! It makes it an enjoyable experience for everyone

We purchased and paid for delivery of a Gazebo to be delivered. On the day of delivery, received a text, not a call that our delivery date had been rescheduled and item delivered to another store. WE Didn't pay for deliver to another store; we paid for home delivery! In speaking with store management and beyond, the mgt team seems even more complacent and swaying the sale.

I needed to exchange one bulb from a set of four (three has been previously installed) and the manager told me I had to go home, remove the other three and bring all four in. Duh!!! Such levels of incompetence are rare.

Mika in home and garden provided excellent customer service.

I needed some repairs and HD helped me to get the materials I needed at a great price that they spread out for me to pay overtime so I don't feel paying my bill.

I generally have a good experience when I shop at this location. The employees don't interact much but they aren't mean or unpleasant so it doesn't really bother me. I usually find what I need.

I shopped here and the whole 25 minutes I was in not one person asked me for help. And when I tried to check out a lady named Edna had an attitude made me wait 5 minutes just to tell me I can’t check out here go to self check out then go to proceed with her phone call

Geovany and Rosa were so patient and kind. As a woman in a home improvement store, things can be a bit overwhelming at times. However, when I encountered Geovany and Rosa who both exhibited so much patience with me also the level of customer service they provided will make it so that I continue to patron this specific location.
